Hi everyone, just discovered the forum for about a week ago and been intrigued in improving my size. I've been doing kegels 3 mins everyday for about 3 months to improve my stamina, and about 4 days ago just started doing de JP90 routine.
This are the exercises (correct me if im wrong):
- 5/10 mins warmup (i take a cup and fill it with hot water and leave my penis inside there)
-------------------------------
- 25 secs helicopter shakes
- 25 kegels while stretching to the left, after that do 10 circles to the left, and 10 to the right.
This things are repeated by right, center and, top sides with the helicopter shakes included.
-------------------------------
- 100 jelqs (ok grip and changing hands by each stroke, 4/5secs per stroke).
-------------------------------
- warm down 5/10 mins.
I know JP's routine says 5 days exercise and 1 resting day, but im starting with 3 days exercise and 1 rest. Might change it in the future.
My starting sizes are (4/7/20):
BPEL: 16cm (6.3 inches)
EG: 12cm (4.7 inches)
Current goal:
BPEL: 7 inches (18cm)
EG: 5.1 inches (13cm)
I'll be updating each week with my progress with PE, if there are any suggestions or questions, feel free to ask.
Consistency is the key!
