  • One year and a half update !

    Hey Guys
It’s been a while I haven’t been on the forum, thought id give some updates on my journey and hopefully get some feedbacks,
So I have been doing PE for a year and 4 months now,
I started at 14.5cm length and 4.3inch girth
Now am at 16cm and 4.8inch
I did the p90 newbie routine for almost 9 months and then from there I pretty much did a combination of different routines and exercises
On the first of this May I decided to take a different approach towards PE
Instead of doing length and girth exercises
I decided to just do a length routine until i reach my goal then focus on the girth goals
So this is what I have been doing for the past 2 and a half months
    -10 mins warm up
-3 sets of basic stretching (left right up down outward + under the thigh right and left stretches ( not sure what are these called!) I hold each stretch for 40 sec. i start each set with helicopter shakes
-slow crank stretch from left to right for 1 min then from right to left for another minute
    -rotation stretch for 1 min
    -Internal Stretch 1 min
    -A stretch for 2 mins
I finish off with one set of erect stretch for all sides
    -5 min warm down
Overall my routine takes 35 mins without the warm up and warm down
I had heard that length routines can be done with minimal recovery
So i did this routine 6 days on 1 day off
I don’t think my unit liked it after a while I started feeling some sort of a burning sensation down there so i might take down to 3 on 1 off
Id like to see what the experts have to say about my current routine and whether I should change something
Honestly iv been lost as to where i need to go for an advanced stage after the newbie routine

Congratulations. You seem to be making good gains. Accordingly, I wouldn’t make changes until you stop making gains.

it would be best if you were consistent with your units of measure. Mixing inches (girth) and CMs (length) make it difficult For my simple mind to comprehend.
