    Yo Yo Yo

    I'm new here and new to PE. I'd like to share with you my journey to Schlongland and hopefully inspire and get inspired.

    I am officially started as of today so i will share my current stats and workout plan

    STARTING STATS (26/08/2020)

    BPEL - 15.3cm (6 inch on the nose)
    EG - 11.4cm (4.48 inch)

    GOALS

    Ideal BPEL - 19cm (7.5 inch)
    Ideal EG - 13.9cm (5.5 inch)

    Current EQ - Most days its between 8-10


    What's the purpose? - To be fair and to the best of my knowledge i haven't had any complaints in the bedroom department made plenty of chicks jizz, gush, squirm and shake (i'd account that to my reasonable length) and technique (yes you can please girls with an average or below average dick) But realistically i am lacking a bit on the girth size. The GOALS mentioned are absolute ideal but honestly...id be happy with half those gains. Not on the quest for monster dick...just a little bit here and a little bit there, im proud of my dick the way it is just now, it serves me well and this PE journey is just to A. Test the water and prove the skeptics wrong and B. Self Improvement (which we should all be doing - not just dick wise)

    REGIMEN

    I am starting off with the JP90 (on a 5 days on 2 days rest schedule) a staple for all newcomers.

    So with that in mind.... LETS DO IT!
    STARTING (26/08/2020) - BPEL - 15.3cm / EG - 11.4cm
    CURRENT - TBC
    GOALS - Ideal BPEL - 19cm / Ideal EG - 13.9cm

    Day 1

    Woke up with a semi (happens most mornings or its an absolute rager)

    Began the JP90 work out and followed more or less to the book:

    Warm Up (Hot wet towel for 10 mins reheated as required)

    20 secs helicopter shakes

    10 circle stretches

    20 secs helicopter shakes

    10 circle stretches

    20 secs helicopter shakes
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------
    50 Wet Jelqs

    30 V Jelqs (alternated angle 10 up, 10 up-left and 10 up-right)

    50 Wet Jelqs

    30 V Jelqs

    50 Wet Jelqs

    30 V Jelqs
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
    Done another 20 odd seconds of helicopter shakes and Warmed DOWN for 10 mins. Took a shower and edged for around 30 mins


    Also day 1 of NoFAP


    My biggest crutch is i love to jack it, i mean at least 2 times a day so i am giving that a miss and will edge instead as i find it a bit difficult to maintain Erection Levels required for the jelqs (Too busy concentrating on what im doing)

      Sounds like you have a plan with realistic goals, might take some time and dedication to reach but doable. I just recently reached the 7.5 mark but started at 5.75.

        That's awesome buddy. Like i said im comfortable at the moment and i'm not looking for miracles! How long did it take you to hit that length? Any girth increase in that time either?

          I hate to talk about my journey, it’s been over a 33 year period lol !
          But the last 9 months I have been Dedicated and took it more serious and gained a little over 1/2 in length and about 1/8 or so in girth .

            thats good man! what routine or exercises are you using ? and can you share your original measurements? if its not to personal

              I started at 5.75 or the best I can remember and less then 5 girth .
              Back then there wasn’t as much information On the subject and no websites like now days.
              So I did some crazy things starting out , over pumping and homemade hangers and just no ideal what I was doing. Now I’m pretty much in a routine of , one hour hanging, 15 to 20 minutes with a Bathmate, and stretches Jelqing etc.

                Day 2

                Rest Day

                Woke up with a rager
                Rest day today dick feels as if its been worked (not sure if its a good thing or a bad thing) may do some edging later on today.

                Also day 2 of NoFAP

                  Do your edging right after the jelqing as a worm down in your PE session and leave your dick alone on the rest days.

                    Ok ill do that.....very very difficult though.... my erections are non stop. AKA torture haha

                      Didnt do the last 2 sets as i could feel a little bit of discomfort on the little fella

                      Positive PIs - Noticed a fair amount of vascularity during my edging session, maybe its new...maybe i just havent noticed it before but it was good to see, definetaly felt a little bit plumper in the hand.

                        Nice man, I'm also on day 4.
                        But I'm instead doing 30 Wet Jelqs /20 V Jelqs.
                        I noticed better EQ during sex with my GF

                          are you doing a total max of 30 and 20? or are you doing more than one set. i think i may bring my amount down as it was quite straining today and had to stop after the 2nd set. Really have to pay attention to what your johnsons telling you and i am using a reasonably light grip. Cannot afford to cause injury. Hope all goes well for you

                            Day 4

                            No training today as i got a surprise visit last night had sex twice and once this morning and i have been told no training if im going ball deep. So today is another rest day
