Methods to DO

Hi,
We have two methdos:

Method 1- practice of sex or masturbation until level of arousal reaches 7-8 level, and then Stop. And again, and again, and again this practice.

Method 2 - practice of sex or masturbation until level of arousal reaches 10 level, and then Stop. And again, and again, and again this practice...until passing the ponr happens and then DO.

Can a practice of method 1 lead to a DO? 🙂

You seem to not understand the underlying concept .applied onsite for mmo .

So this site teaches mmo not through mystic practise but by training .

To do this 2 main methods are used , physical traiining like kegels and rk to increase the physical capability and edging to build skills . Edging is built up progressively beyond the simple stop start methods you mention.
