    After 3 days of resting, I decided to do some light exercises, primarily for EQ and maintaining gains. I started with 20 minutes of start-and-stop, did a few squeezes and some clamping on the way (very short sets), and afterwards 100 s2s (counting every touch as one rep).
    Yesterday I tried KingPole's Erection Tea. Taste was good. I had a strong morning wood this morning, maybe the tea is partially responsible.

      Considering that I am taking things slow, it was a great session. My EQ was about 9 despite sleeping for less than 6 hours (partially due to following the US election), and I could feel the gains of the previous months. Looking forward to the next months, I'm very optimistic.

        Will do about 200 s2s later. So far, it's been a great session.

          Yesterday: Rest day, I only did some edging (stop and start) for stamina (with ejaculation)

          Today: Edging (25 minutes) with clamping (approximately 20 minutes), and 20 squeezes. I will probably resume later with some s2s.

          Side note: I noticed that when I break down my clamping to two or more sets with small breaks in-between, more blood is pumped and I feel more thick when I resume. Thus, instead of doing a 20 minute non-stop session, I simply loosen the clamp every 5-10 minutes and resume with thicker erections, which hopefully equals better gains.

            Yesterday: Rest day

            Today: Edging for about 30 minutes, with approximately 20 minutes of clamping. Later I did 50 s2s.

            This past week was not great PE-wise, due to lack of privacy. Nevertheless, it's an opportunity to slow things down for a while. Soon I will be increasing the intensity. On a positive note, it's been more than a week since I last watched porn. Hopefully I will be experiencing the benefits of no porn soon. I've already had some good PE sessions without it, and I expect them to only get better.

            Between mid-September and the end of October I was using porn to achieve the erection levels required for the JP90 routine, clamping, and for edging. Honestly, the sessions were great and the results was noticeable. I might repeat this at some point for a week or less to have the same level of intensity, although maybe I won't have to if my EQ goes up.

                Not easy to do girth exercises without porn, but I'm working on it. I use sex stories for now, which can be considered cheating, however I do this in order to avoid porn, which offers much more stimulation. The long-term goal is to train without either.

                  -JP90 stretches (without kegels)

                  I notice negative PI after the stretches. Maybe it's too much if I do them together. I should be focusing solely on s2s.

                  I usually do clamping and squeezes after, but today I'm not in the mood. I might do them later anyway.

                  EDIT: I actually did about 15 minutes of clamping with edging after posting this. Good session with good EQ, without the use of porn.

                    EDIT: I have great PI after the exercises. I'll follow a similar routine tomorrow, with a few more repetitions.

                            Yesterday: no PE

                            -7 minutes of clamping

                            Lately I haven't been very consistent in my PE regime. I expected the lack of privacy and used it as an opportunity to take a break. However, this lasted for more than expected. Nevertheless, now it's time to get back on track, but I feel like I've taken steps back. Not using porn during the exercises doesn't help either, however I expect that this will have long term benefits. It's now been 21 days without porn and we're doing good. However, porn was very useful for girth exercises.

                              While it was a good session, there was turtling after I was done. I've often noticed turtling in the past days. Perhaps it has to do with lack of exercise and not-so-good diet.

                                Today I had all the time and space to the exercises without worry and hurry. The clamping session was great and the s2s that I did after never felt better. It's the first time I feel that confident about s2s.
