    Been monitoring my BPFSL post Phallosan.

    Today it was 5.7 right after. It didn’t stay in that state long. But it’s a pretty significant increase from this morning.

    I’m wondering if the length originally came from the Phallosan on low green but over the first few weeks I grew accustomed to it. I may have plateaued on week 3. The increase this week seems to be due to the increase in tension.

    Hard to say due to the short time periods and other variations. But it is interesting.

    Fairly intense workout to end the week. This is the last workout with the Phallosan and wet jelqs that I’ll be able to do for 12 day. I plan on taking the weekend off.

    Next week the most I’ll be able to do are kegels, some manual stretches, flaccid bends, and dry jelqs. I’m considering it a deload period. Curious to see if I lose anything

      Had my first experience with turtling Friday night unfortunately. Definitely over did it. Yesterday no morning wood but felt a little bit better.

      Today it’s almost back to where it was Friday morning. Good timing since I planned on taking it very easy this week anyways, but I’ll half to keep it in mind for when I start back up.

        Did maybe 5 minutes of stretches, and 1 full flaccid bend series, 3 squeezes (50%), 20-30 dry jelqs (40% - broke it up into 3 parts) and edged for 5-10’minutes

        Not sure I have the hang of flaccid bends or squeezes. Dry jelqs were a nice change though.


        Yesterday I did a set of 10 kegels holding for 2-4 seconds each then relaxing (did it with breathing) did that 3x throughout the day (30 total).

          Sneaking PE throughout the day

          Totals:

          - about 10-12 mins stretches, most straight out but all directions. Did 3-5 mins in 3 sessions throughout the day

          - 30-35 dry jelqs (30-60%) broken up into 3-4 sections depending on erection level and overall length. Did these in 3 different sessions approx 18, 7, 10 throughout the day

          Did firegoat/firestarters as a quick warm up with light JAI stretches and helicopter shakes for about 1-2 minutes, then stretches for 1-3 mins, then dry jelqs. Only exception was the first session where I got to warm up/PE in the shower

          Definitely see the same girthy expansion in the flaccid hang shortly after doing them which is encouraging. I like being able to sneak them in although not doing a real warm up sucks.

          Also did 30 kegels today holding for 2-4s each and then relaxing after. I’m not masturbating during these 10 days for a pelvic floor reset.

          Tomorrow I’m just doing light stretches, rolls, but no jelqs or kegels

            Didnt do anything yesterday.

            Today I was able to do:
            Quick warm up - shower warm cloth
            40s stretches each direction
            50 wet jelqs + 5 arm/shoot jelqs
            Fire starter rolls for warm down is all I could get in.

              Merry Christmas people!

              I managed to get more little workouts in then I thought I would be able to. Not sure if they’re doing any good or if I should have just totally taken them off but oh well it’s good to know I can. Today marks pretty close to 6 weeks on this journey.

              I have a few days of vacation left and I plan on completely taking today until then completely off. I think it’ll be good to let things heal if there is anything.

              When I get back I’ll take measurements and start reconditioning again.

                Making a note for when I get back.

                Using volumetric strain to guide intensity of exercise.

                Main markers and assumptions:

                Phallosan (stretching done flaccid)
                - bpfsl (length)

                Pump
                - EL in pump at pressure vs starting. I assume this is close to NBPEL but the flange pushes into the fat pad a bit so this might be its own specific measurement.
                - MEG, assume that girth strain is uniform enough to use mid shaft as a single measurement. Base girth might be better to get a more consistent measurement location but I’m gonna use MEG

                Volume calculation:
                - assume cylinder (slightly innacurate)

                Diameter, D = MEG / Pi
                V = EL * pi * ((MEG/Pi)/2)^2

                Ideal strain (identified in other threads) = 2-5%

                Examples:

                Phallosan
                Pre workout bpfsl = 5.13
                Post workout bpfsl 2-5% = 5.23 - 5.38
                Not really concerned about volumetric increase in the flaccid state

                Pump
                MEG before = 4.95
                EL no pressure = 6.4
                MEG at pressure 2-5% = 5.05-5.19
                EL at pressure 2-5% = 6.53 - 6.72
                Volume before = 12.48

                Volume at 2% = 6.53 * pi * ((5.05/3.141)/2)^2
                = 13.25

                Volumetric strain at 2% = (13.25 - 12.48)/12.48 = .0616 = 6.2%

                Volume at 5% = 6.72 * pi * ((5.19/3.141)/2)^2 = 14.41

                Volumetric strain at 5% = (14.41-12.48)/12.48. = .155 = 15.5%

                0% length change and 2% girth change
                V = 12.99
                Vstrain = 4%

                1% length change and 2% girth change
                Length = 6.46
                V= 13.11
                Vstrain = 5.1%

                2% length change 0% girth change
                V = 12.73
                Vstrain = 2%

                Should the volumetric strain stay in the 2-5% ?

                Is there a way to measure girth in the tube at pressure?

                  Alright break is over - back to it!

                  First things first - remeasured to see where I’m at..

                  BPFSL - 4.81-5.38*

                  *all over the place this morning so I’m going to put a range. After so many measurements it felt like the tissue was just getting stretched/loosened.

                  I’m going to take this pretty frequently so no worries

                  MSFG - 102mm ~ 4.02”

                  BPEL - 6.98”

                  NBPEL = 6.38”

                  MSEG = 126mm ~ 4.96”

                  BEG = 133mm ~ 5.24”

                  Notes - not in the best shape atm, barely worked out, been eating unhealthily, and drinking a fair bit this week so EQ could be a factor. Then again I have been on no fap for 2 weeks so I doubt it. Basically a walking erection at this point.

                  Was surprised to see my MSEG still where I left it for some reason. Actually hit 127mm on the tape a few times but couldn’t replicate it enough.

                  Seems I only lost a little BPEL - still very close to 7 so happy there.

                  Everything is feeling good.


                  Routine updates:

                  Been reading a lot about tissue strain and stretching and am going to be adjusting my manual stretch technique and whole routine slightly.

                  Going to continue no fap for a while. I think it helps with PE and i take more chances/go on dates more.

                  I picked up a 2.00” dia tube. I hope it’s not too big, pretty afraid of sucking a nut up in there. Can’t imagine that feels good. We will find out today.

                  Today I’m just going to do:

                  Warm up
                  Measure BPSFL
                  Manual stretches -
                  - slowly stretch out in direction
                  - hold the stretched position that feels right for 45s (timer doesn’t start until you reach the hold)
                  - repeat for each direction 3x
                  Measure BPSFL
                  Calculate strain and rewarm
                  Adjust based on strain for next workout

                  If strain is > 5% then skip Phallosan today
                  If strain is < 5% then
                  - 1 hr Phallosan low green (increase tension slowly/slightly every 15 mins)
                  - measure BPSFL calc strain

                  If strain is >5% then skip girth routine today
                  If strain is <5% then

                  3 rounds of
                  - 2” tube find pressure that is <3 and EL in the tube does not exceed 168mm (ideally between 160-168) - 2 mins
                  - 10 5-7s wet jelqs
                  - firegoat rolls, massage, edge 4-8 mins

                  Measure BPSFL Calc strain

                  If one or multiple things get skipped do them on the next workout day (2 on 1 off but also based on PIs)

                  Objective - continue to make gains with a similar routine as before. Recondition
                  My dick so I can get back to pretty much the same routine. Determine if BPSFL strain is a good indicator for workout quality and develop a relationship to growth.

                      Haven’t done any PE since the last update.

                      Had a lot of fun for New Years. Got laid which after 2 weeks of no fap and a few months without sex was very intense, we just kept going at it every couple of hours for a few days lol. Yesterday she kept telling me how sore she was and I was too, but we went a few more rounds anyways.

                      I’m sore again today. Not as bad as yesterday Dick still needs a break though.

                      Gonna take it day by day until it’s back to normal. Might be tomorrow, but I can’t imagine it would take longer than Tuesday

                          Manual only this morning

                          4.5 minutes stretches each direction
                          Each stretch was held for 1-1.5 mins
                          100 wet jelqs
                          - 80 were slow 4-5s at 40-60%
                          - 20 were normal 2-3s 40-70%

                          Flaccid was long and morning wood was there this morning although I didn’t sleep well and over break I started to enjoy jelqs more than I ever have.

                          I don’t think there’s gonna be anything else today and I’ll take a rest day tomorrow

                            I checked my bpfsl this morning and it was 5.38 which is .07 longer than it has been reading post workout. Interesting.

                            I’m going to hook up the Phallosan for an hour today on low green and measure after. I’m going to attempt to use bpfsl to determine the tension needed.

                            An hour on low green, check strain
                            Tomorrow an hour up or down, check,
                            Repeat until the strain is 3-4%

                              The strained length doesn’t appear to last long but that intensity was perfect. I marked where I had it set.

                              Next test will be 1.5 hrs at the same intensity to see if it adds strain or keeps it around the same.

                                Strain = 3.2%

                                Slight decrease in strain from yesterday but could just be variation.

                                Increase in tension = increase in strain. Makes sense to me

                                Increase in duration = longer time at strain length

                                50 wet jelqs (40@ 40-60% 2-3s, 10 @ 40-60% 3-5s)

                                3 rounds:

                                - 5 mins at 1-3hg (slow increase to 3 1st minute, last minute slow decrease to 0)
                                - Massage
                                - 25 wet jelqs (mostly light and and 30-50%)
                                - Edge for a few mins.
