Flaccid bend - 20s each direction x4
Wet jelqs - 50 + 5 arm/shoot jelqs
Pump - 5 mins slowly increased from 1 to 3 approx 2 minutes at 3 the rest was a ramp up/down

Been monitoring my BPFSL post Phallosan.
Today it was 5.7 right after. It didn’t stay in that state long. But it’s a pretty significant increase from this morning.
I’m wondering if the length originally came from the Phallosan on low green but over the first few weeks I grew accustomed to it. I may have plateaued on week 3. The increase this week seems to be due to the increase in tension.
Hard to say due to the short time periods and other variations. But it is interesting.
Fairly intense workout to end the week. This is the last workout with the Phallosan and wet jelqs that I’ll be able to do for 12 day. I plan on taking the weekend off.
Next week the most I’ll be able to do are kegels, some manual stretches, flaccid bends, and dry jelqs. I’m considering it a deload period. Curious to see if I lose anything
