    ah yeah just to clarify, I go 1hr to 1hr 15mins per stretching session, then break for 30-60mins. I don't take entire days off.

      Mother F^%E%$@!!! have had a very frustrating few sessions with the extender. My quality of strapins virtually collapsed and I could not get anywhere. Turns out the culprit was the noose! I replaced the noose and am now getting a strong strap in. What pisses me off is how fast these things wear out and they are rediculously over priced. At this rate I will go through 3 per month. Oh well, I guess I'll manage and as long as I can continue to gain I justify the cost. So now I am strapped in pretty good but I still have some coldness in the glans. I am not "blue" maybe a bit reddish and almost going to blue but not (if that makes sense). If I decrease the tightness I will slip out, that simple. So, I did some research on the cold glans thing.. 50% say it is too tight and dangerous, 50% say this is totally normal (especially the support staff at various extender companies). SO which is it? Who knows but I guess with 3 months under my belt and no injuries, and no loss of sensation I will just carry on with the 1hr at a time sessions. I test every 10-15mins that I can feel my glans and I can, which means it is not numb, just a little cold and there is no pain in the glans. I can only assume no sensation is BAD but sensation = fine. Anyway, probably my worst day of extending so far. It's 8pm and I am close to hitting 5hrs, I want 7hrs today so will have to push it to get that before bed time. Extending past EL has been a real challenge for me, the effort involved for me has increased by 50%. I am going to persevere, but without pegym doubt I could hack it so thankgs guys!

        I don't know if this will help with your noose slipping, but it worked for me. I find that if I wash the noose and the glans support piece with soap and water the slippage seems to stop. I think over time oil from your hands/skin makes the noose slippery and washing it makes it stick again.

        I also found if you wrap the noose in toliet paper instead of the foam rolls, some of the t.p. gets pulled into the holes with the noose and this seems to lock it up tight. I still use the foam rolls as just washing the noose has stopped the slippage for me.

          Having a great run today with the new noose, lots of headswell and solid stretching so am in better spirits. What config do you use BRD? I am using 2 foam rolls side by side and they surround the entire glans when I lock in..

            Ok, doing Jelqs now 2 days on 1 day off, just 60 a session at this stage and holy crap are they making a difference. My extender only 3 days ago was mega tight and today it felt so loose it almost took an entire cm added to get the pull back. I'm starting to think extending + supplemental jelq is the way to go... Also extending doesn't do much for my glans but when I jelq it get huuuuge...

              Glad to hear the new noose is working for you.

              I've noticed that the foam rolls that come with the Andropenis are shorter than the ones that came with my extender. I only need to use one foam roll for complete coverage.

              I've been thinking of adding some manual exercises to my extending as well. Initially I really wanted to just extend for 6 months, but I don't think that is going to help me with girth gains.

                Ok.. had some infuriating troubles with the noose but am working through it. Last 2 days have been good, still relying on springs and have them around 30-40% compressed. I am doing 1hr sessions and the pull is fairly strong... as I loosen up over the hour I unwind the rods so that the springs stay at that 30-40% compression. I am getting a NBPFL of just over 7" when strapped in which I am stoked about! The wife is still feeling the growth and every time we hook up she feels tighter to me and I feel bigger to her (wohoo). It's tough though being on the spring tension, I can only manage 3-4hrs a day at this level (maybe I will adjust soon and be able to go longer but my penis is majorly exhausted after 4hrs, pretty good feeling... like when you hit weights at the gym and feel that sensation that you worked out hard. I've had no pain but have had a slight swelling/irritation below my pee hole and applying hydrocortisone cream regularly seems to be keeping it in check. Also at this tension strap ins become more difficult and unpredictable. 1st one of the day I wen 1:10mins before sensing numbness and knowing it's time to get out. Right now 40mins in and a very slight numbness is setting in. Usually when this happens I have to wind the rods down for a few mins until all sensation has returned -not hard but a bit inconvenient..

                  Milestone! I was looking longer than usual so got out the wooden BPEL spoon. I managed a solid 7" BPEL. sweet! 8" you will be mine!

                    Ok, to hell with the high tension I can't manage more than 3hrs a day before penile exhaustion. So, gonna kick it back to less tension and more hours. I think this will work better for me.

                      Ok Nov has been a busy time and i have been a bit slack this month. However I am redeeming myself today and hopefully the rest of Nov. I have given up on Jelqs as I have enough girth and the wife feels the same. So now I am mainly focusing on my length goal. I have added 45min a day of manual lig stretching the last 2 weeks. I do this in 3 15min sessions a day. Holy crap is it working.. Seriously you just don't realise how much inner penis there is that can be coaxed out. Today I did a BPFL measurement and it was a whopping 7.4in! I'm almost in shock, just a week ago was 7.2... so I think I am continuing to coax out more penis via lig stretches. I might hit 8" BPFL very soon, and hopefully NBPEL will follow. I haven't done a BPEL measurement in a while because hassling with a measuring tool i lose my erection quality. I plan to wait till dec 1 and get the wife to help out with the measuring I'm feeling longer, thicker and heavier so am optimistic for my next measure. Even if it is .1 or .2 I will be happy with any progress.

                        How is it going?

                        Hey

                        I have gotten my self an andropenis, and are one day 1. I am struggling a bit to get it on and off, but i`ll give it some more time. I also get the cold gland, is it because of a to tight noose?

                        My question for you is: How much flaccid length and girth did you get out of using just an extender? My goal is primary flaccid length and a little girth.

                          Where did you buy the Genacol Type 11 Collagen? How much does it cost?

                            I'm back! I haven't posted here in ages. We had a hot summer so I put off my extending until I can get back into my sweat pants (southern hemisphere). I thought I would wait for winter to get back into PE but I decided to just do manual exercises until then. I must say the results have been fantastic so far! I am on a once a day routine for 30mins 6 days a week. I do a mix of things while sitting on the edge of my tub. I do:

                            -straight out pulls x 3 for 1 minute
                            -bundled stretches x 3 for 1 min (thats twisted to the right 1min then twisted to the left 1 min)
                            -I do this thing x 5 for 1 min a go where I am pulled very strongly then press down on my base between my thumb and index finger placing the penis into a V type stretch. This allows me to push down on my base with a hell of a lot of force. I think it has been the main thing that is getting me over the internal "cord" wall i was hitting
                            -pull straight down hard between the legs x3 2mins a go
                            -5 erections with powerful squeeze and hold near the base for 1.5mins each, during this my head swells to an amazing size

                            Also, anytime I take a piss, before hand I do a few stretches first, I also might steal a stretch or two throughout the day at random times

                            My flaccid stretch is over 7.5in which is mind blowing to me. I am looking forward to another round of extending soon because I think 6 more months of extending should start to get me close to the 8x6 goal. I feel my previous extending run gave me great permanent gains. I'm feeling pretty big at the moment, like any more size is just a bonus so the sense of urgency has dissipated. I now feel happy to keep with a routine for several years and just keep slowly adding on over time. I find it a bit crazy how so many guys out there have no idea that you CAN make BIG changes. The myth perpetuated by the medical community that you are simply stuck with what you're born with is ludicrous!

                            skau- I found that numb head was mostly due to worn out noose, they wear out extremely fast

                            curly- I get it online, so google should point you to it. I have not taken it in a while but might start up again when I get back to extending

                              good you back so man are you going to keep extending with the andro, are you going to try a new one. do you think another can do the same or even better or does it really matter to you.

                                Hey guys, glad to have found this thread as i am currently on my 7th day of use with my new extender (the first 15 days are called the 'adaptation period'). I purchased the QuickExtenderPro DSS (double strap system). I am currently at 3.5cm stretch under my EL and all is going well, the first day or 2 was a "getting to know my device" scenario, finding out how to strap in and out comfortably/how tight to adjust the double noose without choking the poor little bugger but also having enough grip to have it snug and secure etc.......

                                Firstly would like to thank you giveitago for the tip of getting semi-erect before strapping in, much easier!!! =)

                                So, i guess a brief history/introduction is neccessary: I started up PE 7 months ago and was doing a routine of manual exercises from a site called Massive Member, the routine was ok i guess (I will start a progress log shortly detailing the exact routine), i was noticing a small amount of difference in flaccid hang and girth but nothing really in the way of erect difference other than harder erections. After 2 months of the routine i became a little frustrated and started looking around for other sources on the net and that is when i found PEgym. After scouring the forums i modified my routine and started adding in more stretching ( twice a day, hot pack warm-up of 5 minutes, then stretch: out, right, left, down, up 3 times each direction) to what i was already doing, I also started keeping a journal to track my results. That is when i noticed more substantial gains and is what originally got me interested in the whole traction/device method of enlargement, i figured that if that little time spent stretching per day allowed me to gain (i went from 6.5" BPEL to 7.2" BPEL in 5 months!!!) then more time logged stretching would yield better/bigger results. So i finally decided to part with my hard earned dough for a device after much looking around and i'm glad i did, and with threads like this one i am convinced that i have taken the right track to getting the gains i desire, As stated before, i am in the 'adaptation phase' of the program but am eagerly awaiting the time when i can stretch to and beyond my EL to see if it will see me through to my goals and beyond!! =)
