  • I just typed a super long detailed post and then I got logged out before I could post

    The gist was that I’m doing great, I’m 2 weeks sober, have been consistent with my PE except when I went on vacation 2 weeks ago, and have been having a lot of sex with my partner (7-8 times the last 2 weeks). I’ve also been doing meditation and have added affirmations, visualization, and journaling to my personal development routine and I’m starting to feel more confident and happier than I have in a long time. I’m also working out super consistently and eating well, I’m down about 5 pounds this month.

    Current routine looks like this:

    Length:
    Kegels + hot pad for warmup
    Hang 15 minutes @ 5 lbs (alternate between BTC, straight down, and straight out).
    Edge

    I’m going with a slow steady approach and am going to add 1 minute per week until I get to 20 or maybe 30 minutes, then I will very slowly add weights.

    Girth:
    Hot pad only for warmup (no kegels)
    Pump x10 mins @ 5”
    Firegoat rolls x 30 seconds
    Pump 10 more minutes
    Edge with cock ring

    im building up to edging for a full 20 minutes with the cock ring, but whenever I start getting edema build up then I take it off. Currently at around 10 minutes. Once I can edge the full 20 with a cock ring and no edema then I will start adding 1 minute to each pumping session.

    Currently doing girth on Wed and Sun (today) and length every other day of the week.

    EDIT: Great workout, although my EQ wasn't great. I lost my erection when I took the cock ring off (lasted 9.5 minutes) but I was able to get back up to an 8 for my measurements.

    • I forgot to post yesterday! I decided that from now on my plan will be to take the last weekend of each month off from exercises and just do edging and official measurements on that Sunday. This will be following a 2 day PE break so I feel like those will be pretty genuine numbers. Without further ado, yesterday’s results:

      BPEL: 7-3/16”
      MSEG: 5-⅛”
      BEG: 4-15/16”

      Honestly, I am pretty happy with these numbers!! I am feeling super motivated to continue. I’m on my phone so I can’t look back at my last measurements but I’m fairly certain I’ve gained. And when I compare to my starting numbers I know I’m way up. Most importantly, I continue to be sober and my EQ was easily a 9+ yesterday, which is the whole point of my PE to begin with. I’ve had a lot of frustration and irritability the last couple weeks after stopping weed, but I can feel that starting to fade. I’ve had very little libido during that time as well but I can really feel it roaring back. I’m excited for what the future holds!

      im currently doing my length workout, hanging for 18 minutes @ 5lbs as we speak. Been increasing by 2 minutes per week, I felt like 1 minute increases was too slow. I want to update this more because I don’t think I’ve been paying as much attention to my PIs as I should

      EDIT: I just went back and looked at my last official measurement, which was somehow all the way back on 10/15/21. At that time I measured:

      BPEL: 7-1/16”
      MSEG: 5-1/16”
      BED: 4-⅞”

      So, since then I’ve gone up ¼” in length and 1/16” in uniform girth. This doesn’t seem impressive until I consider that I really was not doing a consistent routine until January, so those are essentially my last 2 months worth of gains. If I can keep that rate of growth up I will hit 7.5” x 5-1/4” by June and 8”x5.5” by December. That would be pretty amazing!!

      • My PIs were great all day after my routine yesterday! Great flaccid hang, that “alive” feeling in my junk, night time erections. Also during edging yesterday I was a 9+ the entire time. Woke up this morning with a massive half chubb.

        Downside is my girl got home from a trip and immediately started acting depressed when I picked her up from the airport. It seemed like she had fun on her trip but lost all enthusiasm once she was back. I can’t help but wonder if she just isn’t happy in this relationship. Since she stopped smoking 3 weeks ago the last 2 weeks specifically she hasn’t wanted me to kiss her or touch her hardly at all (first week she was super horny). I’m guessing it’s just depression from being sober after being on some kind of substance every day basically since she was 14. I’m trying to be patient with her, I sincerely think she will start to feel MUCH better soon..

        • My PIs were good yesterday but today less so, I woke up without a hard on or chub of any kind. Flaccid is average I guess and I have a little bit of soreness especially on the right side (I have 1 specific spot that always tends to get tender). I suspect that hanging straight out is much more taxing on my penis since the tunica and internal tissues are taking the brunt of it vs the ligaments during BTC/straight down.

          Another factor to lower PIs is probably that my partner is really feeling sad and frustrated with her sobriety. She was talking last night like she is going to say fuck it and start using again.. I tried my best to be supportive and encouraged her to stick with it and that she will start feeling better soon.. she’s basically been using substances since she was 14 (11 straight years with no sobriety) so I know how challenging it must be for her. If she falls off the wagon I will no longer be able to stay with her, I can’t continue on this roller coaster if she isn’t committed to helping herself.

          As for myself I am feeling as good as ever. Diet has been on point, exercising like crazy, PE daily, doing lots of meditating, reading, journaling, and affirmations. Being super productive in work and in my side business that I’m growing.

          • I have been using a heat pad as well and really like it. I wrap up like a burrito and works great. (My S/O even agreed to keep it dedicated for that purpose)

              have continued being consistent with my routine all week. My partner and I had sex on Wednesday morning - she woke up and immediately came I to my man cave/studio and sat on my lap while I was looking at the stock market. I had already completed my PE for the day and hadn’t finished after edging. We made out for a long time and I ended up eating her out. I had a super difficult time getting hard, my unit just absolutely did not want to cooperate but my pt was very pt and played with herself while I got myself hard. It took close to 10 minutes and then I stayed hard and we had great sex. It definitely made me feel self conscious though.

              I think there were a couple factors - my guy was fatigued from my routine and I think my libido has just been very unstable since I got sober (today is day 28). I want my libido to be sky high but a lot of days it’s just non-existent. this has led to some feelings on in confidence and inadequacy. It’s totally unfounded because we’ve been having sex at least weekly since being sober and that’s wayyyyy more than when we were smoking regularly. I think there’s a certain degree of me putting sex on a pedestal and then unmet expectations getting me down. I’ve also realized that I am forcing myself to get hard when I’m edging instead of sticking with my original goal of just relaxing, using light touch, and enjoying the sensations. I’m using today as a reminder to only use the lightest touch during edging in order to train my guy to be extra sensitive.

              A couple notes - I am starting to feel like hanging straight out is the best way to go long term. I feel like it really stresses the tunica, which is where I ultimately want real growth to come from. When I’m hanging straight out it feels less intense than BTC or straight down, but afterwards I feel like my penis is much more fatigued.

              Also, I’ve decided that as much as possible I never want to finish after edging. I want my libido to be as high as humanly possible and I feel like withholding orgasms on my own will make me that much hornier with my partner.

              • As I said I would, yesterday I completely focused on relaxing and just using light touch during my edging and it was super successful. It took 5-6 minutes to get fully hard but then I spotted about an 8+ the rest of the time with ease, and my heart rate never once got up. I think perfecting the ability to stay relaxed is the missing piece I need to have excellent erection control. I also haven’t finished since whenever we last had sex (Wednesday morning I believe) and my balls and Dick are both feeling super heavy. I was definitely feeling hornier last night and this morning and I think that’s why. I’ve also had some raging night/morning erections.

                • This has been a tough week for my partner and I. I believe today is 32 days sober for me and 25 for my partner. Things in general have been getting easier for me, but she is really starting to struggle with cravings. The last few days she has been very upset about the fact that she’s not smoking. I’ve had cravings too and have been eating more sweets as a result but I have no inclination to go back to smoking.

                  She is losing sight over why we quite smoking in the first place - we both felt like shit, had 0 libido, and never did anything fun. I know she is just feeling depressed from lack of weed/alcohol but I know she will feel better than ever if she sticks with it…

                  Anyways, my PIs have been mixed the last few days. Flaccid hang has been excellent but not much in the way of random hard ons. Like I said I’ve been eating lots of sweets and I also haven’t been getting enough sleep (until last night) so I think that’s likely why my libido has been down this week.

                  • Well, things have not been going so great since my last post. I have been smoking super heavily, not eating well, and am starting to skimp on meditation/exercise etc. I’ve missed ~ ⅓ of my PE this last couple weeks too. It’s ok, I’m just viewing it as a small step back and getting back on track today!
