    Greetings! NDavies here.

    I’m currently on day 5 of JP’s 90 day, getting ready to take 2 days off starting tomorrow (8 July 2010). My little buddy and I feel good. Nothing is sore and I seem to be fuller flaccid and erect. PI’s seem good. EQ is unchanged from my normal 9/10.

    I have read through all the articles, guides, and major threads so I’d like to say I have a good handle on what I’m doing. However, it goes without saying that as a beginner in formal PE, so suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    JP’s routine you know so no reason to rehash it. Following it to the letter the best I can. Jelqs seem to be floating around 30% to 40%. V’s are slightly higher, maybe 40% to 50%.

    I have made one addition though. After every pee I have been doing:
    -30 sec 9:00 light stretch, one kegel every second.
    -10 to 15 light semi-flaccid (30%) dry jelqs with one hand, then the other. (I’m uncut so it’s foreskin aided jelqs)

    After this I hang amazingly low when zipping up and basically have to flop myself into my pants. Brings a smile to my face to see that.

    I’ve been kegeling for years prior to starting my formal PE career so I’m simply continuing that tradition and kegeling when I remember to. Perhaps 200+ a day.

    It should be noted that I’ve been ‘power edging’ for many years. Anywhere from 1 to 3 hours nightly. More on that in my backstory. Long ago I’ve mastered the art of the Dry Orgasm (occasionally a tiny bit of leakage) and MMO. Oh yes, that’s a nice one. I have been continuing this edging during my PE and plan to until I think it is a hindrance to my gains. I normally ejaculate maybe every 3rd day or so.

    Starting sizes:
    BPEL: 6.5”
    EG: 5.2”
    BPFL: 4” +/- .25 (really tough to get an accurate reading since I’m uncut)
    FG: 4.1” (approx)

    Goal:
    BPEL: 7”
    The rest: whatever happens

    As you can see I’m not going for mega-dong (yet).

    So, here it goes. I’m keeping a paper log so I won’t necessarily update here daily or even weekly, that is unless something magical or bad happens.

      Consistency and positive PI's are all you gotta know man..and progression..find gators thread on that and give it a read..

        Today is day 12.

        I’ve been adhering to the JP routine 5 on /2 off and have been keeping meticulous notes on precisely what I did that day and when. Since it’s a set routine I don’t need to write it down, but I have anyway. I’ve also been including the length of edging sessions, if I ejaculated, and…uh…the volume to the nearest ml (joking).

        Morning mini-wood has been happening more. I usually don’t have it so it’s a nice change. My little guy also seems to be more voluminous when erect and has been screaming for impromptu mid day edging. A little tricky at work, but I manage maybe 10 or 15 min here or there in the back of the storage room. I’ve also completely switched to green tea and I like what it’s doing.

        There is a problem though. I’ve been having some issues staying hard during jelqs. I can’t seem to get above 30 to 40%. I have resorted to some visual stimulation, but I find myself spending more time trying to get hard than actually doing jelqs. I’m uncut so I find dry jelqs to be MUCH easier if I grab the skin in just the right spot. Wet regular jelqs are a mess. I do 150 dry OK’s then lube up and go for 90 V’s. Wet V’s do not seem to be an issue at all.

        50 dry OK reps with one hand, then 50 with the other. I count this as 50 total reps.
        Wet V’s are 50 with the right hand, 50 with the left hand. I count that as 50 total. (I’ve read I should do left, right and straight up and count this as 1?)

        My whole PE session has been lasting nearly an hour including 10 min warm up/warm down, mostly because I can’t get hard for the jelqs.

        PI’s are high. EQ is high. Correct me if I'm wrong, but things seem to be going just fine.

          Day 16 - JP's 90 day routine done religiously. (5 on / 2 off)

          In a tad over 2 weeks I've gained 0.2" to 0.25" BPEL when fully erect. I'm flabbergasted.

          Slight gauge error, sorry. The measurements were taken on a rest day (Friday) and then verified PRE-PE on an 'on' day (yesterday). PI's are good. I edge for at least an hour after PE. My EQ has never gotten below a 9/10 on an on or off day.

          I'm very proud to announce that I am a firm believer. Not that I had serious doubts before, but I am seeing the fruits of my labor of love, and like what I see. I'm not joking or exaggerating as I have no reason to. I have no idea if these are permanent gains or just temporary swelling, etc, but I'm taking it as a sign that JP's routuine is doing something! I really enjoy doing PE and am looking forward to tonights exercises. As stated, consistency is key and I have no intention of deviating from what is working. I never expected this, but I'll take what I can get.
