              not hitting fatigue very easily, hung almost 24lb without getting any real fatigue. BPEL dropped down closer to 8.25" from 8.5"

                    have been doing more ligament massaging while warming up with the weight, definitely seems be helping. BPSFL jumped up a bit recently, currently around BPSFL 8.9"

                                have been trying to maintain a happy medium of tolerable fatigue while pyramiding the weight up and down, not trying to hang as heavy as possible. thinking about working in more IR heating in the future
