  • Taking the road to 7 inches

    Hey everyone, I'm starting a new log, I'm tired of having a smaller than average unit and I'm taking action, I hope my log can be of help to other PE'ers in the future. Also I want to lay down my regimen for others to see also for comments and suggestions.

    My workout regimen is 2 days on and 2 days off with Sundays off, so my week looks like this:
    Mon/Tues on
    Wed off
    Thur/Fri on
    Sat/Sun off

    My workout regimen for my days on is as follows:
    10 min warm-up with a heating pad
    4 sets of stretching (about ten minutes of stretching with whirlwind stretches in between)
    5-10 kegel slams
    10 min of jelqs
    warm down in the shower followed by cool down in the shower
    50-100 kegels throughout the workout day
    40-100 jai stretches throughout the day (usually a few to help warmup my workout)

    I also have a BathMate that I use after every workout before my cooldown and I like to edge either before or after I use my bathmate, as long as I can get some edging in on my workout day I'm satisfied.

    My measurements:
    5.5" BPSFL
    4.5" FG"
    5.25" BPEL
    5" EG"

    I'm not to concerned about girth but am more concerned about length. My goal is seven inches, however I would be happily satisfied with 6-6.5" although I'm still gonna shoot for my goal.

    Comments are greatly appreciated, also if someone could explain the concept of Uli streching to me that would be greatly appreciated.

    it can be done, remember consistency & patients are the true secrets of PE!

      Details of the Uli - can be found in the Exercises section. They are a good expansion exercise for Girth.

      Uli's are an advanced exercise however Default & I would urge you to leave them until you have more conditioning under your belt. It is good to have a progression over time towards more advanced exercises.

        Took today off from exercising have a lot of work to do, I did do some edging this morning. Does anyone else feel more engorged after edging? even after you have returned to a flaccid state?

          Of course. Edging and girth work gives me a nice hang all day.

            what are kegel slams?

              Kegel slams are where you slowly build up to a kegel as hard as you can contract your pelvic floor muscle, hold it for about five seconds, then slowly retract your pelvic floor muscle back to its relaxed state.

                Did my full routine today 7/31/2010, attempted to edge before I pumped up with the bathmate but I ended up releasing on accident. Anyone care to share some tips on edging (if there are any?)

                  Did my full workout today plus I went to the gym today, I put up some pictures on my albums in my profile, I am gonna start a before and after album taking new pictures every two weeks, my weight every week and my measurements of my penis every month. My starting weight which I am starting today is 230 lbs. I am 5' 8 1/2" and plan to take the journey to 185 lbs.

                    you are doing great-the keyword for you over time is: "Tunica".

                    Trust me, this is the key so master its knowledge. I started around where you did in terms of length. All the girth in the world won't do us too much good, it is mostly about length. So don't go too quickly but recognize that stretches are the way to go for 'our kind' good luck

                      Did my full workout again today, missed the gym on account for I didn't have a vehicle to drive. Also I started using an ace bandage and bandage tape to stop the turtling effect.

                        Did my full PE workout today and skipped the gym on account of no vehicular transportation. Also started using ace bandage wrap and bandage tape to keep from the turtling effect. Also I noticed that my use of the bathmate I am now able to pump my penis up to 150 mm, up from 140 mm, I have seen no outside gains away from using the bathmate but I am sure they will come soon enough.

                          After a rest day with a turtling prevention wrap attached I felt irritated after I took it off, it felt restricted and looked smaller and others have shared the same experience, I believe I might take the turtling prevention to a rest for now, PE seemed to work without it. Why change what works?

                            Thursday workout and PE all went swimmingly. I notice that my flaccid length seems to be getting larger while my erect length is gaining little to nothing, is this normal for other people too? Also anyone think it would be better to up there workout with more time or intensity? or both?

                              flaccid gains come first, seems to be the general consensus. Keep at it.
