Hey everyone, I'm starting a new log, I'm tired of having a smaller than average unit and I'm taking action, I hope my log can be of help to other PE'ers in the future. Also I want to lay down my regimen for others to see also for comments and suggestions.
My workout regimen is 2 days on and 2 days off with Sundays off, so my week looks like this:
Mon/Tues on
Wed off
Thur/Fri on
Sat/Sun off
My workout regimen for my days on is as follows:
10 min warm-up with a heating pad
4 sets of stretching (about ten minutes of stretching with whirlwind stretches in between)
5-10 kegel slams
10 min of jelqs
warm down in the shower followed by cool down in the shower
50-100 kegels throughout the workout day
40-100 jai stretches throughout the day (usually a few to help warmup my workout)
I also have a BathMate that I use after every workout before my cooldown and I like to edge either before or after I use my bathmate, as long as I can get some edging in on my workout day I'm satisfied.
My measurements:
5.5" BPSFL
4.5" FG"
5.25" BPEL
5" EG"
I'm not to concerned about girth but am more concerned about length. My goal is seven inches, however I would be happily satisfied with 6-6.5" although I'm still gonna shoot for my goal.
Comments are greatly appreciated, also if someone could explain the concept of Uli streching to me that would be greatly appreciated.
