    Hey Everyone

    I decided to start a log because it will help me stay focused on sticking with PE for the long term. A little about me, I am a 20 year old college student. I like to work out, party, and have sex( sex is my favorite lol). Anyways I have been doing PE for about a week now.

    My Starting Stats are ( Everything is Bone Pressed)

    Erect Length 6 1/2 inches

    Erect Girth(Mid Shaft) 5 1/4 inches

    My Routine goes like this

    10 minute rice rock warm up
    5 minute stretching 30 seconds each direction(straight out, up, down, right, left) then repeat
    Oriental Massage
    110 Jelqs around 3 to 5 seconds each stroke
    Edging for aslong as possible.( I try to cum every third edging session but you guys know the deal shit happens sometimes lol )

    *** I have sex with my girlfriend everyday except when she is on her period and I usually cum, Do you guys think this will affect gains? ***

    Hey Guys I forgot to put my goals.

    Short Term:

    BPEL - 7 inches
    EG - 5.5 inches

    Long term:

    BPEL - 8 inches
    EG - 6 inches

      Hey Guswantsahuge1, man go for the PESG routine all I'm getting is positive PI's tomorrow I will be on my 13th day on PESG routine. Try to keep your log as detailed as possible it helps a lot and it helps other good luck man.

          Today I start the PESG Routine exactly as he did it.

          *10-Minutes – Warm Up
          *Basic Stretching (left, right, straight out, straight up, left and right circle stretches)
          *10-Minutes – Wet Jelqing (5 second strokes)
          *I also kegeled 120 times while doing the routine along with 100-200 during the day
          *This routine was done religiously on a 2 days on and 1 day off regiment.

          I will end the routine with Edging for as long as possible and will cum every third PE session

          Time to do routine will post workout right after

            basic stretch (left, right, straight out, straight up, left and right circle stretches) 25 kegels for each, with right and left circle 12=5kegels, 3=5kegels, 6=5kegels, 9=5 kegels

            10 minute jelqs aslow as possible

            36 minutes of edgin then lost control and cummed but I kegeled and was able to only make 3 little drops come out, my cum is always alot

            quick hot shower after to get baby oil off me.
