I'm a newbie here and starting fresh again after an unwanted break from my first time trying PE but I plan to try-out and stick to JP's beginner routine for the most part...
The minor changes I was thinking of including are as follows:
Warm up with a rice sock for 5 minutes
Masturbate and sometimes edge for 15 minutes as I can usually blow my load from a flaccid state in about 5 minutes. So roughly 10-20 minutes of masturbation/edging to climax and ejaculation (mainly for desensitizing myself for stretching and jelqing)
Another 5 minute warm up with the rice sock that will then lead into the stretching routine outlined in JP's program.
Helicopter shakes/all direction stretching along with kegeling throughout each stretch in every direction out, up, down, right, out, left, right and finally up again to conclude my stretching. I stretch out, up and right twice as I'm hoping the extra stretching may help in my efforts to have a nice straight down hang as well as a straight erect penis etc.
Then I start my wet jelqing portion of my workout which is 3 sets of 50 reps of standard "ok*" grip jelqs as well as 3 sets of 30 reps of v-grip jelqs. I execute this part of my workout in a 50* 30v 50* 30v 50* 30v sequence.
I then will usually try to edge for at least 15 minutes straight RARELY ending with ejaculation. (I've heard this is beneficial for gaining quicker and I also feel like my sex drive is always higher, like I'm ready to go at any moment?) Sometimes I will edge for as long as 45 minutes to a hour though before beginning my warm down etc.
To finish off I try to either take a hot shower right after my workout and/or warm down with a rice sock for 5-10 minutes.
This is my plan so far! Tell me what you guys think! I know it's near exactly the same routine as JP's but are my little additions okay to start with? I could be wrong but I think because how much I masturbate and have sex my penis may be slightly more conditioned than a typical beginner? I really have no idea but I'm about to start my workout for this evening and then I'll post my starting measurements and maybe a few pictures to hopefully gain some insight as to developing the best program for my both short and long term goals
