    Hey everyone,

    I'm a newbie here and starting fresh again after an unwanted break from my first time trying PE but I plan to try-out and stick to JP's beginner routine for the most part...

    The minor changes I was thinking of including are as follows:

    Warm up with a rice sock for 5 minutes

    Masturbate and sometimes edge for 15 minutes as I can usually blow my load from a flaccid state in about 5 minutes. So roughly 10-20 minutes of masturbation/edging to climax and ejaculation (mainly for desensitizing myself for stretching and jelqing)

    Another 5 minute warm up with the rice sock that will then lead into the stretching routine outlined in JP's program.

    Helicopter shakes/all direction stretching along with kegeling throughout each stretch in every direction out, up, down, right, out, left, right and finally up again to conclude my stretching. I stretch out, up and right twice as I'm hoping the extra stretching may help in my efforts to have a nice straight down hang as well as a straight erect penis etc.

    Then I start my wet jelqing portion of my workout which is 3 sets of 50 reps of standard "ok*" grip jelqs as well as 3 sets of 30 reps of v-grip jelqs. I execute this part of my workout in a 50* 30v 50* 30v 50* 30v sequence.

    I then will usually try to edge for at least 15 minutes straight RARELY ending with ejaculation. (I've heard this is beneficial for gaining quicker and I also feel like my sex drive is always higher, like I'm ready to go at any moment?) Sometimes I will edge for as long as 45 minutes to a hour though before beginning my warm down etc.

    To finish off I try to either take a hot shower right after my workout and/or warm down with a rice sock for 5-10 minutes.

    This is my plan so far! Tell me what you guys think! I know it's near exactly the same routine as JP's but are my little additions okay to start with? I could be wrong but I think because how much I masturbate and have sex my penis may be slightly more conditioned than a typical beginner? I really have no idea but I'm about to start my workout for this evening and then I'll post my starting measurements and maybe a few pictures to hopefully gain some insight as to developing the best program for my both short and long term goals !?!?!

      So I couldn't make it back to update my log my first night but here's an update. I did the same routine:

      5 minute rice sock warm up(p1) and 5-15 minute masturbation/edging session,
      5 minute rice sock warm up(p2),
      Directional stretches, circle stretches and helicopter shakes (Kegeling a 20-25 second count during each directional hold)
      Up X 2
      Out X 2
      Down X 2
      Right X 2
      Left X 1

      Wet Jelqing:
      50 "ok" grip jelqs X 3
      30 v-grip jelqs X 3
      (alternating)

      15-45 minute edging session

      and that is my routine I plan to stick to for the next little while. I decided to do all directional stretches except left twice until I reevaluate how the direction adjustment is working and I was also thinking of including (when time permits) a mid workout rice sock warm up session or 2 where I've inserted ***, any thoughts? I've decided to finish out this weeks PE before I re-measure for my true starting point when I begin a formally planned routine on August 15th if everything works out! I wanted to wait to remeasure so I would be closest to my best erection quality, as I was when I would previously measure, so I'm going to give this week to hopefully improve it enough for a more accurate measurement? My goals are also mainly length focused, with that in mind would incorporating more stretches and maybe 2 a day stretching sessions later in my program to focus on the tunica etc. be helpful as oppose to overkill?

          Good luck re-starting your PE journey. I have gone through similar things like you--I started PE 2 years ago, then had to stop. I'm back at it again too

                I didn't forget... lol I'm waiting until the 14th or 15th to post a formal starting length so my erect quality is as close and it can be to where I may have previously measured so it will be a more accurate starting point. At least that's the way I'm looking at it, I've been measuring during my final edging session each time? I'm planning on measuring both before workouts and after in the future to get a really good idea of my PI's and gains etc. I'm only going to measure twice a week though as my plan is looking right now. Once after a full week of pe at the end of the last days edging session and once again after a 1-3 days rest period. I feel I'll hopefully be able to avoid any over-working my penis in the early stages this way aside from maybe being too "tired" for sex? Just some of my thoughts lately. I'll be back on later to put another successful workout and hopefully further outline my over-all plan. *** general question though, is a member's "signature" what shows up underneath their posts? Thanks again!

                  Hey TheNewMe, that sounds good doing it like that . My method mind you I have been on PESG routine for 17 days today. I'm getting PI's like crazy and they are good ones. I only measure every 2 weeks for my BPFSL , EG, FL even though flaccid length waxes and wanes . Then when I hit my 1 Month mark I measure everything. Your log is very detailed and precise I like it. I subscribe to your log and good luck on your gains!!

                    Hey thanks a lot danner! Sorry for the "newbie" question but what does "PESG" mean? Mainly the "SG" part? I also know what you mean about the stretched and flaccid measurements so I'm working on ways of cutting out as many variables as possible when measuring. Setting up a system to that my measurements to start will be accurate now and in 5 months after I've gained more experience and knowledge and hopefully a solid 1/2" to my penis ! P.S. any info on the signature feature for memebers? Thanks again!

                      Here's today's workout:

                      I added a ***3rd part to my "warm up" aspect during my workout today and although no additional exercises were added I almost feel like I did more work or my penis is exhausted more than it typically is? I also feel like a could do more v-grip jelqs than I'm currently doing without over working my self but I think I'll save any extra reps or exercises for later in the program to hopefully "shock" myself into another growth period, any thoughts?

                      5 minute rice sock warm up(p1)
                      10 minutes of masturbating/edging until I blow my load

                      I'm feeling great after my workout with a thicker, longer hang which I think is my favorite part about post workout other than the "feeling" like I had a good workout !!! I'm going to do some manscaping now after my shower and try and get comfortable measuring myself again and accurately and if I have time tonight maybe even post some pictures. Loooving PE!

                        Hey man, got intrigued about your log when you mentioned it in the Lurker thread. So here I be!
                        Anyways, to get a signature going scroll all the way to the top of the page and then click "My Account" then after that a box should drop down and then towards the bottom of the box you should see "Edit my signature" click on that and Viola! There's a 300 character limit though, FYI.

                        Also, the forum requires to resize pictures sometimes if they're too large or too large . So if you need cheap, free good easy software to use, I use something called Irfanview.. If you're interested in it, just Google it and download it!

                          5 successful workouts down & excited for my new program!

                          August 15th, 2010

                          Hey thanks for the info and stopping in millia, I'm going to take my initial measurements today for the start of my program. Then fill in the rest of my account stats and finish up my signature thing. I'm going to do a very light workout today, measure and maybe try to take some good starting point pictures too.

                          I'll be back in a bit to post my workout structures, reps, sets and just the general program I'm hoping to stick to with minimal changes or variations added. If anyone knows of any particular exercises they'd recommend for extra length and overall size please post them here so I can consider them for my program before starting tomorrow! Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated.

                          Thanks for everything so far it's really made it easy to decide to put the time into creating my own program and hopefully completely committing to it.

                            New program started & outlined! 1 Day in!

                            August 16th, 2010,

                            So! I think I've almost got everything I need to really commit to a program an accurate start date, measurements and program set 4 weeks in advance to track my results and hopefully maintain the highest level of "growth" possible? I'll have my FL: flaccid length and BPSFL: bone pressed stretched flaccid length posted in the next day or 2. I've taken measurements but I want to try these measurements a few times under different conditions to figure out when it's best/most accurate for me to measure etc. I've also added my initial lengths on my profile and I think it should hopefully show up in my signature now too!? I'm taking pictures this morning and should actually have some good starting point pictures up soon too but my workout for the next 2 weeks will be as follows assuming nothing becomes too much and I don't encounter any problems or injuries:

                            5 minutes warm up(p1) with a rice sock
                            5-15 minute masturbation/edging session until I blow my load
                            5 minutes warm up(p2)

                            Directional stretches (held for 20-25 seconds) , circle stretches and helicopter shakes (Kegeling a 20-25 times during each directional hold)
                            Up X 2
                            Out X 2
                            Down X 2
                            Right X 2
                            Left X 1

                            The stretches are done in this sequence, out, up, down, right, left, out2, right2, down2, and up2 all with circle stretches and helicopter shakes in between each directional hold. I sometimes don't do every single kegel perfect or intensely during each 20-25 rep count for every direction but I like to ensure I do at least 100-125 intense or focused kegels during a set of all 5 directional stretches.

                            50 "ok" grip jelqs X 3
                            30 v-grip jelqs X 3
                            (alternating) 50 "ok", 30 v-grip, 50 "ok" and so on...

                            5 minute warm up(p3)
                            30 minute edging session
                            (will often go for slightly longer but, I'd say doing 4-5 workouts a week you could almost go for as long as you want/could handle unless you because seeing negative pl's?)
                            5 minute rice sock warm down(p1)
                            (I often shower after I'm completely finished my workout which can add to this cool down/warm down period)

                            Depending on my sexual activity I plan on almost always sticking to a 5 on, 2 off split but am considering trying a 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off split as well depending on how intense the program turns out to be in some later stages. Any suggestions here??? I've come to think after all I've read/heard throughout the forums that more stress or prolonged consistent stress will keep the penis "deformed" or essentially in the state that best allows the exercises and stretches we do to be most effective? Meaning typically a 5 day on would be best and 1-2 days off would be sufficient depending on the intensity/frequency of the workouts? This is kind of where my heads at right now but I'll post the next parts of the last 2 weeks of this month program very soon.

                            This is what I did yesterday and am about to do again this morning and I've been feeling great, hanging a little "fuller" which is nice and I really love the feeling I have after a good stretching. Would stretching midway through an edging session be beneficial if I let myself become flaccid enough to again stretch before getting hard again/returning to edging and then my warm down?

                            I was also considering adding internal stretches, a-stretches and begin traction wrapping after some or all workouts. Anyone have any good/bad experiences with any of these things and/or think this program may be too much for a beginner? Ok I think that's it for the next few hours! I'll be baaack!

                              2 Days in!

                              August 17th, 2010,

                              I did the same routine today with no problems. Still feeling a little bigger and definitely hanging fuller while in a flaccid state . My on/off gf is coming home from a visit at her Grandparent's so I'll hopefully be getting lucky tonight . Anyone have any input on adding other stretches and maybe a stretching session in the middle of my edging part of my workout?

                              Notes:
                              Initial masturbation/edging session was shorter, 7-10 minutes total during warm up.
                              Also my edging session after my jelqs was also shorter, 23 minutes or so total.
                              I was a little rushed today and also pretty tired but my cock is still feeling great, all positive PL's so far!
