Mysteryman's Thirst for Girth

    Short shower session yesterday-30 jelq, 30sec horse squeeze, 3o jelq, 30sec horse squeeze. Today's shower session:

    50 jelq
    30 sec horse squeeze
    30 sec erect bend (to the right, to correct my current slight left curve)
    30 jelq
    30 sec horse squeeze
    --2min break--
    30 sec horse squeeze

    I think it's working...erections have been good lately, lasting as long as I want, etc. Sometime I'll get around to measuring again and hopefully there will be big gains! Does anyone have any tips? Do you think I will gain with this fairly light routine?

      So, my today's workout and then a surprise.

      30 jelq
      20 sec horse squeeze
      20 sec erect bend
      30 jelq
      20 sec horse squeeze
      20 sec horse squeeze
      20 jelq
      20 sec erect bend
      20 sec horse squeeze

      Now the surprise-I measured Sunday night and I am definitely over 8 1/4"!!! One issue is that I think my initial girth measurements may have been way off, because I measured that (roughly) by wrapping my headphone wire around my shaft and placing it on a ruler, and it was only ~5 1/4". So, better stick with the girth exercises. But hey, I'M OFFICIALLY OVER 8" !!!! YESSS!!!!!

              Thanks for all the congrats everyone! My starting BPEL was 7 3/4", so I've definitely gained at least 1/2" since starting this (albeit halfheartedly) in about mid-July.

              Today's workout:

              30 jelq
              20 sec horse squeeze
              20 sec erect bend

              30 jelq
              20 sec horse squeeze
              20 sec erect bend
              20 sec horse squeeze
              20 sec erect bend

              30 jelq
              30 sec horse squeeze

              Hopefully I'll start to pack on girth gains now! I want to be 6.5" thick by Christmas!!!

                Hey all! I know it's been a few days but I wanted to throw out an update. Over the past few days I've been super busy, but still managed to put in at least SOME PE every day. Today it was 5-6 15 sec horse squeezes in a j/o session, yesterday had time for some stretches and Friday was some more horse squeezes I think. Now that the normal week is in session, I should be able to get some really good shower sessions in (assuming I wake up early enough to allow it).

                I do need to add some base girth work though, if I'm going to continue at my current rate. If I'm going to have a 6.5" or 7" thick cock, the base is going to have to be just as thick to support it! Any suggestions on good base girth exercises I could incorporate into my daily shower routine?

                  Well, I've got some red spots so I was letting them go away Monday. Today I worked in a quick shower session, but wasn't feeling it-I just wasn't getting hard enough for a good session! Probably because it was so damn early in the morning. Anyway, today's session:

                  30 jelq
                  20 jelq
                  20 sec horse squeeze
                  40 jelq
                  20 sec horse squeeze

                  Hopefully tomorrow (or later tonight) will be better. Also, I REALLY need some tips on base girth! So far I've heard of just fowfers, which don't work well because I'm not circumcised, and hanging, which I don't have the time or privacy for. Thougts?

                          Anyway, took Fri/Sat off, but had great sex with gf. Yesterday a quick shower session:

                          Today's good session:

                          3 30 sec horse squeeze
                          4 20 sec horse squeeze
                          1 erect bend

                          I haven't been warming up though, not for a while. I only warmup in the shower, and even then it's short. Do you guys think that's a problem?

                              i am new but think i cann tell you from my expirince till now warming up helps not just to prevent injuries but i find it improving my jelqing sesions greatly feling more blood in my glans hope that hels reaching our goal all the best m8
