    Today was my first day of JPs routine and the first time I have engaged in PE activities.

    I have yet to measure as I didnt have the privacy to so, so measurements will come soon. However, I an around 13cm long, will get a more accurate measure. Maybe tomorrow.

    I followed all the routine stretches after I warmed up with a hot shower. Had trouble because I kept getting hard while doing the stretches. A lot of times during my whole session I had to stop and try and think of ugly girls to not be fully erect.

    I went on to do 2 sets of 50 Wet Jelqs and 30 V-jelqs after each set of wet jelqs. I again had trouble with being hard. I really need to get control of this because I was unable to continue the routine because of it.

    It seems like a good routine and my dick feels alive right now lol. After doing so much reading on this site I can see lots of people doing much more complicated beginner routines but I think i'll stick to what I did today. Should be enough for 90 days I suppose. Should I do anything more?

    I continued on to stretch and had a hot shower to warm down afterward. I will do Kegals throughout the day as well.

    Welcome again, & good luck with your PE routine.

    If you have enough privacy I recommend a rice sock warm up & warm down. Otherwise, I know sometimes it's not practical for guys with roommates /etc.

      Just a general question to anyone though, does the V-Jelq exercise aim at increasing Girth more than length? I am really aiming to increase length, that is my number one priority. What exercises should I add to JP's routine to add a higher focus on Length?

I think running it from top the increases your BPEL and NBP length. While the underside method increases the sizr of the glans and bottom porion of the CC and CC.

            Congrats on your first session, biggiesmalls! It only gets better. I'm about 3 weeks into JP's 90 and from my personal experience it takes about 2 or so weeks to start to get used to the exercises and being able to control the erections enough where you can get through a routine. Also I picked up a microwaveable clay heating/cooling pad from Wal-Mart for my warm ups and warm downs. It works pretty well and was fairly cheap. Good luck!

                Thanks guys! I have added measurements to my signature. My main goal is an increase in length, any pointers are welcome! Also I hope my goals are achievable and not too extreme, so let me know if they are.

                  I had another session today. I had a feeling I would still have the problem of getting erect so I decided to print off a picture of an ugly chick and put it in front of me while I did the routine. It worked up until half way and I ended up missing another set of Jelqs and V-Jelqs again. Its ok though with only the 2nd day down, I still have time to try and control my brain in order not to get erect.

                  I have definitely started to notice my unit becoming more veiny which is pretty cool. Just normal veins, nothing out of the ordinary such as black spots or so on.

                    Have had 2 sessions in the past 2 days. Feeling good! Will take 2 days off now. Seems like with time im no longer getting erections as much as before when stretching or jelqing. hoping to continue improving on that. Ive been in the bathroom for much longer these days and today my mom asked me if i had constipation. awkward lol.
