A quick update about where I am now!
Even though my routine is, let's say, disorganized, meaning that I do what I can when I can, mainly stretches and pumping, here where I stand now, with a new photo album in my profile:
BPFSL = 8.25" (+0.2")
NBPEL = 7" (+0.05")
BPEL = 7.8" (+0.05")
BEG = 5.375"
MEG = 5.1875"
Girth is a bit less impressive but this must be due to measure inconsistency.
I'm keeping at it!
