I guess I should have a log but have not got round to it.
Started at 6.25" length, 5" girth. I measured after 3 months and had a .25" length and .2" girth increase.
Not 100% convinced as I feel its too small to judge if its for real. I did not want to measure regularly as I realise it is a long
term commitment and it takes a lot of time and effort to see the benefits.
Well another 2 months have passed and I have stuck doggedly to my PE sessions and increased my efforts in the last couple of weeks. 5 months in all done now and its time to measure again.
I am actually nervous to do it as I will be gutted if there is no increase. When I am 100% erect and especially when I am sat back, I feel that my cock now does look fairly big. Not sure if it would have been the same anyway pre PE (maybe I just never studied it properly)
I have spent so much time and effort on this. I think I had gains in the first 3 months but with small margins it is hard to be 100% sure. I just hope for a small improvement now to keep me super motivated. If I can slowly creep a decent margin clear of my starting stats then I will know its working and worth all the effort.
Just wanted to get my thoughts down before I measure. I will post an update later so you can see the outcome. Wish me luck!
