Well, it has been awhile, but I have finally moved into my own place and gotten internet. I finally have the privacy I need to to go all out on my PE. I have developed a new routine to get me started again. I still did fowfers and JAI stretches but now I have a routine that I am on.
8 mins warm up
5 mins stretching
5 mins flacid bends
10 mins of jelqing
warm down in shower
Every week I plan to slightly increase the time and intensity of my workouts. My school schedule is really great as far as working out and getting my PE session done. Its great to be back

But a 5 minutes warm-up sound a bit too short, and I am quite sure that you know that yourself. Considering the impression you have made through your previous posts. Other than that I like your plan. Good luck as always!
