  • Bigswing progress log

Starting a progress log to help me keep track of gains wish i started it earlier but better now then never. I am in my 3rd week of PE and have seen some neutral Pi's, my routine is as follows:

    Warmup: 10min
Stretch: 2 sets 60 sec in each directiong (L,R,U,D,O)
Jelq: 15-20 mins (overhand, underhand, and v jelq)
Edging: 20-30 mins (without busting a load)
    Kegal- 100 (3-5 sec hold)

Schedule is 2 days on 1 day off

    Supplements:
    1 500mg L-lysine
    1 1000mg L-Arginine
1 GNC mega men sport multivitamin

Tea: 1 cup of ginger tea daily

Question: When would be the best time to do fowers? and is a warmup required to do them?

    Current stats are:
    BPEL-5.5
    EG-4

    (Open to any suggestions)
    Current::EL- 5.5
    EG- 4

Hey, it's good to see you start a log

I think some guys do fowfers at night... but I have honestly only tried them once or twice ever.

Did my stretching in the shower early this morning and didnt have time to jelq or edge. I ended up jelqing and edging later and did a light stretch to get my tool ready. While jelqing i focused more on perfecting the grip instead of trying to get as many jelqs as possible withing 15 mins. I also busted a load edging which lasted about 10 mins. Haven't noticed any turtling and will do 5 mins of bed fowers before sleeping.

Tea: 2 cups of ginger tea

just wrote a long log and i pressed the backspace and it got deleted so this will be brief.
Routine done added a 5 min warmdown and used a rice sock for the first time. I added a few internal stretches while jelquing to move the blood around a little.
