I decided to create a log, compiling some of the old information I had, and documenting new stuff, convenient place to keep it in case I forget
NOTE - I did not measure the girth of the head in the first 4 months, or girth. I measured the girth of the shaft in three places, bottom, middle, and right below the head, as I've read things about people gaining girth in various places, and I was curious. I did not think to measure the head with my starting measurements, or flacid stretched length.
Start - 6-1-10 ( Starting 90 day routine )
BPEL - 6"
Girth - 6" ( Shaft is uniform length at base, middle, and below head )
7-1-10 ( 90 day routine only )
BPEL - 6.3"
Girth - Didn't measure
8-1-10 ( 90 day routine only )
BPEL - 6.5"
Girth - Didn't measure
9-1-10 ( Conclusion of 90 day routine )
BPEL - 6.6"
Girth - Didn't Measure
Nearing the end of my 90 day routine, I did a little research on various extenders. I am pretty lucky in that I work from home, most of the time, and so an extender seemed to fit my lifestyle fairly well. After looking around, I settled on an androextender. A little disappointed at how flimsy the spring mechanism is, and how easily it gets stuck, even after oiling it, but, it is serviceable. It comes with some nifty extras that I didn't see with the other extenders, my favorite being little stretchy cloth backed gel rings to put around my penis. It uses a strap to secure to the device, with foam padding around the strap, pretty comfortable after securing myself to it. I had to go way above their starting recommendation for my size on their rods to get anything close to a stretch, I'm unsure if this is because of the 90 day routine I previously went through. I'm not sure if it's worth noting, but, to be thorough; I noticed my stretchy friend was getting cold, and so I took a cue from one of the warmup techniques. I got a really long sock, folded it inside of itself, filled it with rice, and sewed it close. I throw it in the microwave for a minute or so, ( I repeat this about every hour ) and pull it over the ensemble. In addition to keeping me toasty, it helps pull the ends of the silicone strap out of the way. I tried cutting them on the first one, and it became impossible to fasten in to the cradle, thank goodness they included extras
A couple of weeks into using the extender, I added the exercises from the 90 day routine, doing one on, and one off on the jelqing, every day on the stretching. I've also started to experiment a little with hanging.
It's probably not the safest, best, or smartest way to do it, but with how snugly the head fastening device fits me, I removed the rest of the device, scooted the cradle up a little bit higher, and have also been doing trial stretches with weights, tying them off the device, through a hole in the middle that has a solid piece through it, which, if you ask me, was begging to have something tied to it :P
Like I mentioned in my progress log, I have been marking my gains by holding a dowel rod against it, and marking the end with a pen. It's pretty amazing to look at my starting and current markings
10-1-10
BPEL - 6.75"
Girth - Shaft - 6.1" ( Still uniform, top to bottom. ) Head - 6.25"
12-1-10
BPEL 7" ( Just a hair over! My first inch! )
Girth - Shaft, 6.2", Head, 6.4"
1-13-10
BPEL 7.25"
Girth - Shaft, 6.2", Head, 6.5"
NOTE - Some of my gains may be from weight loss.

BPEL gains aren't affected by weight loss or gain, that affects NBPEL.
