Important Question: I need answers

With all the stretching, jelqing expanding (In moderation), 2 days on 1 day off all the time. Isn't it normal to have very mild soreness? Throughout my 3 months I have had mild soreness, and I just want to know if this is normal, and if other people experience this too, or should I feel no soreness at all?

some degree of soreness (moderate) is highly normal
sharp pains, discolorations, heavy red dots is the factors were you should be alert

I agree with WAW.

I'll also add that usually over 24 hours of soreness (without any PE during that time) indicates you're at best, on the edge of an injury.

I recently had soreness that persisted for 8x days in a row without a real PE routine. I was probably on the borderline of a very serious injury. This was also an injury with no bruising or swelling. Just pain deep inside my penis. I decided to err on the side of caution, and I tried to do workouts, but the moment I felt pain I stopped. Eventually I decided to take time off. I'm still on a reduced workout right now. I am trying to do as much as I can without reaching the point of pain; this way I can heal.

More information is needed to answer this question. Are you making gains? How has your EQ been? Is the soreness painful? Etc.

If you have made no gains, have an awful EQ, and it hurts to piss or get an erection, then that soreness is not good and not normal. If you have been making gains and have a cock hard as nails, then I don't see why this question would even get posed.
