  • AmminsFirst's log

Hello guys & gals, how's everyone doing?

So I've finally found the time to start a log and here's what I have to say...

I started my PE journey on June 21st and followed JP's routine to a T until September 21st, my 90-day anniversary. First I'd like to thank JP and other PEGym contributors for making all the highly informative literature available to those brave enough to try it themselves. As far as my progress is concerned, I'm pleased to say that I did gain 1/4" in BPEL in roughly 4 months. Girth gains have been elusive so far but I'm confident that they'll come now that I have made a few changes to my routine. For starters, I've just begun jelqing prior to stretching and it feels like it's going to improve things for me.

My current routine is comprised of the following:

    1. 10 min warm up with a rice sock
    2. 270 OK grip wet jelqs @ 4s each rep, pointing out, as in pararell to my thighs while sitting on a chair.
    3. 120 V-jelqs @ 4s each rep, poiting to the ceiling.
    4. Manual stretches in 5 diretions; DOWN, OUT, UP, LEFT and RIGHT x 60s x 6 reps.
    5. A-stretches x 30s x 6 reps.
    6. V-stretches x 30s x 6 reps.
    7. 360 degree stretches, roughly 30s per rotation x 6 reps.

It takes me about 1:30h to go through the entire routine, which is kind of a lot when you're busy. Anyhow, what do you guys think about this routine on a 2-on, 1-off schedule? Any input will be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you in advance!

    Cheers,
    AmminsFirst

So for the next 8 weeks I'll be doing 3x90 wet jelqs and 2x60 v-jelqs with 3x30s Uli's in between sets. Hopefully that will translate into girth gains.

I am wondering if any of you guys has experienced the following... your semi-erect girth is considerably larger than that of when you're fully erect. My MSEG with a 100% erection is 5.5", and 5.8" at 80%. I've been trying to find an explanation for this and the best I've come up with so far relates to how much more developed my CS seems to be in relation to my CC. It is as though my CS is taking priority at 100% erection, and forcing the CC chambers to extend lengthwise, thus decreasing the CC's elasticity and hindering outward expansion. Conversely, when my CS is not at 100% it allows the CC to expand outwards thus increasing girth. Therefore, a full-on erection actually "thins out" my penis and perhaps that is related to why I have not yet witnessed any girth gains whatsoever.

Thanks in advance for any input you might have.

First log entry of 2011, Happy New Year everyone! May your penis grow as much as you'd like in twenty-eleven!

I would like some more girth, really. I've been gaining length quite sucessfuly which is fantastic but the way I see it my penis has never looked/felt any thinner. Well, it's time to reinvent my routine based on more advanced girth exercises...

        Cheers,
        AF

nice length gains man. thanks for the new year wishes. good luck on gaining that girth. I am trying to gain length and have been at it just under 2 months. Are there articles on the site detailing the A and V stretch. IF they are good for length and not too advanced I would like to add them in. thanks a lot and good luck gainign

Thanks bud, you can take a look at the following links for the A and V stretches. I believe they're advanced techniques though, so be extra careful.

Last night I noticed that my erect girth at the base is now a solid 0.25" inch larger than when I started PE in June last year. My MSEG hasn't budged yet but I was happy to find this new - albeit almost unusable - girth at my disposal. Thank you!
