    Introduction

Hi, my name is Tom. I’ve been a member of the PE Gym for some time now. During this time I have read countless articles and threads on the forums and have gathered some useful information. I have also read some good theories and some of them seem to hold a lot of promise. I would like to thank people on this forum who have answered some of the questions I had about PE and I’m sure I can count on your support in future.

My first PE experience began back in winter 09/10. I PEed for a few weeks, but I steadily lost interest before making any gains. I did learn a few things and gained some useful experience and this will surely help me in my new routine. This time I WILL succeed (with the help of you good people of course).

For the last few weeks I have been experiementing with different techniques and intensities to find what is right for me. To be honest I am still not absolutely sure of my optimum training intensity. Sometimes my penis responds OK, sometimes it feels more fatigued and overworked. But I'm sure that in time my penis will become more condidtioned and respond better to penile exercising. I haven't started a set routine yet, but I will be soon.

    Watch this space!

I will reserve a few posts that I can use in future to post important things about my routine and progress. I hope I am not violating any rules by doing this, but I don't see why that would ba a problem.

Good luck with the PE this time around! I like you tried PE before but didn't commit for long enough to see any real gains. Ive started PESG's routine and have been doing it for the last week and im already noticing a big difference. Keep consitent and Im sure the gains will come.

Thanks for the support. Good luck to you too. Maybe we should keep in touch considering we have had similar experiences with PE.

Oh you must have violated some rules by now! I know I've violated lots of them but I can't remember which ones.Just have some fun and keep us all posted and if you find a place where they have rules let me know; I need to read them so I can break a few more!

Sounds good to me! I suppose its like having a gym buddy that is there to kick your ass if you ever feel like quitting. Might be what we both need second time round. Let me know how you are getting on with your routine and whats working for you.
