    Had time to get a 3/20 min 7 lb hang. I have old school with a headboard and footboard, so tried hanging the weight off the edge of the footboard connected with rope to my hanger it worked pretty sweet but I believe the tension on the footboard either added or took away weight would be nice hook a pulley to the footboard. And the angle is different from my btc that usually do, it's more of a sd.
    Funny, I've been doing this for years, now I'm doing it the right way!

      The last 3 days i've Been doing the shower routine, warm, my modified back and forth. Only 2 sets of 30 reps. Then another sock warm and hung 4/20min at 7 lb. My cool down is 20 min extender while walking the dog. I think that's the way to go or to chill a rice sock and rap the base when extended or hanging with a really light weight.
      Also trying to split the hang to morning and night to get a total of 8 per day. If I don't do the morning set I will shoot for 5/6 at night. The goal is to get 10-12 hours a week plus 25 hrs. A week of 1 lb ADH. Will see if this next month shows some continues gains.

          Hate hate hate. It's all good dude this is my progress thread and I like to say a little more about me then just what's going on with my dick. I'd like to look back at this when I reach my goals and remember it was about me and not just about having a big stick to brag about. Plus my girl helped me write my opener and she said it was awesome. that being said I hope some people find this thread helpful.

            It been a crazy new year with a drinking blur from Friday tell Monday morning around 5am. I still maintain the new year resulion to stop drinking for the remanding month of Jan maybe longer. I've hit the gym twice, hard and I can feel the supplements pump through my body.
            My pe routine has been stepped up to a goal of 12 hours of hanging a week and with the 10 min rest is a total of 18 hours of weight time a week. With that In mind I built a hanging pulley system that let's we hang the weights over the foot edge of the bed and be able to lie down with straight down hang or more like a 7'oclock.

              Finding it hard to post a be online as of late. My iPad got jacked out of my car on new years eve, bitches.
              But I'm still tugging on my pee pee.
              I've bee consistent on my routine with a shower warm up, my own side to side and 2-3 20 hangs at 10 lbs.
              But since 12/20 I've slow down the growth and think that my fast gains of a .5 inch was all start up gains and worry that it will take months to get that other half to reach 7 and years to reach 8

                Saiyan22 got me back on track. I subscribed to his tread and started hitting it hard again. Made a pulley system like his, to do straight down or up when laying down. This makes hanging a snap on movie nights with the old lady. Also I started using a small back heater to warm up and say hot when hanging. My ADH is also upgraded from a 2lb fishing weight to 4lbs. Hard core, I know.

                With all that said I step up the game this last month and a half even making a make shift hanger on a cruise I just took, I measured today and I'm so close to 7" it's killing me but any gains are good.
