This is my fourth week, and i have already encountered a few bumps in the road along the way. Learning how to jelq was very interesting, considering the fact i almost squeezed my penis to death!!! I then realized that paying attention to my body clues is key, in order to be a successful gainer! I waited for a couple of days to heal up, and went at it again. this time adding some pump to the penis and i guess i pumped to much, my EQ levels were at a all time low, and the little bit of gains i acquired quickly diminished! I said to myself...WTF!!!! I guess the old saying is true, you must crawl before you walk, and i was trying to run!!! So back to the drawing board, again i waited a couple of days to heal, and tomorrow i give it another shot!! This time i'll go slow, gentle, and minus the pump. I think i'll wait to become more conditioned before i go back to using any devices. Thanx to every one here at PEGYM, i know i"m not alone, so being discouraged is a minus, and being encouraged is a plus!!! I"LL keep you guys posted

You can't force gains they take as long as they take. The beginner routines are designed to help one safely condition the penis, for workouts, and to make some gains along the way. Try starting out with the intent of under training and add a little more grip/force as you go.
It sounds like you are in touch with your PIs they will be your ultimate guide. Consider waiting until your EQ is all the way back to normal before restarting, one to two weeks is not to long, but you'll have to be the judge.
Besides trashing your EQ over training can make it more difficult to make future gains. As I've seen posted a number of times, "Less is More". Don't take these setback to hard, it's very easy to get pumped up about having a bigger dick and over train. Learn and move on. You are not unlike me I like to push things to the edge and then some; this is one area that I've had to learn to back off and be more gentle. The enemy of good is not badThe enemy of good is better
