  • sg2010 progress log

As you may notice ive been on the site for quite a while now and i actually have attempted pe a couple times now but gave up due to lack of motivation the first time and a job opportunity the second. I have been going at it now for a week and the routine i decided to try is similar to jp's but i do my kegels after the stretching and jelqing. The only reason i have been doing it different is because this is what i am accustomed to from past attempts so hopefully it works out alright for me. I found out my LOT is at 6:00 which was kind of a bummer but im still gonna give a try and see what i can gain. I figure it would be better to keep a log on here so i dont lose interest in the exercises this time because i know down the road i will still be unhappy with my penis and go through it all again from the start. Ive decided to update my measurements once a month but in the meantime i think this log will give me a good chance to get advice from others to make sure i make the most of my workout.

A journal is a very good call. It's an easy way to keep track of what you've been doing and what's been working. You will also get feed back about your progress. If you have not set some goals you should think about it. I also really like the visualize your goal idea from "The Book", "...use an object that will allow you to actually see your future size... and place it where you will see it every day...is the best way to stay motivated. I found a plastic bottle that is real close to my goal it stays in my bathroom and when I see it I think about my gains and know that it's obtainable.

I think it's a good idea to mix your workout up a little bit now and again, it breaks the monotony up a little. It is your workout do what makes the most sense for you. Best of luck with your gains.

Tonight i decided to switch up my routine slightly and it seemed to work really good. I did 2 sets of stretches holding d,u,o,l,r, holding each for 30 seconds doing 25 kegels with every stretch, and also did the circle stretch each way for 30 seconds. This seemed a lot better than what i was doing before. After that i did 8 minutes of jelqing 3 second strokes, and 2 minutes of v-jelqs. After that i warmed down. I decided to try doing my routine 2 days on 1 off to avoid over doing it. I think i will stick with thise for the 90 days then increase my workout if i have decent gains. If not i might switch my routine around.

I did the same routine tonight and it seemed to go well again. I think ill stick with this 2 days on, 1 day off routine throughout the 90 days because i found through past attempts when i took more then 1 day off i lost interest a lot easier.
