    Hey all,
first of all congrats on the community you have here ;-)

I have started PE since mid-September, but, since approximately 3 months have passed and I have seen no gains, I'll make a log here to track my workout scheme changes.

    So, here we go:
My initial measurements, (which are the same as of 15-12-2010) are:
(I use GainMaster to track them, nice tool!!)
    BPEL 15.5 cm (6.1 in)
    NBPEL 14 cm (5.5 in)
    FL 8 cm (3.1 in)
    EGBase 13.5 cm(5.3 in)
    EGMid 14 cm (5.5 in)
    EGGlans 12 cm(4.7 in)
    FG 10 cm (3.9 in)

and my current excercise routine is:
5-8 minutes warmup with hot towel
straight out - left- right - up - down stretctes (2 times x 30 seconds each - total time approx. 5 minutes)
100 wet jelqs (I count the stroke of both hands as 1 jelq - total time approx. 7 minutes))
straight out - left- right - up - down stretctes with 30 quick kegels (one time each, it usually takes about 15-20 seconds each - total time approx. 2 minutes)
80 reps of horizontal movement (http://www.penisadd.com/videos/horizontal/ - total time approx. 4 minutes)
    warm down

I do this workout 2 on 1 off and I also do 80 5-second flaccid kegels 6 times a week.

(although when I started, for the first 3 weeks, I wasn't doing kegel stretches and also all other excercises were done with half the reps you can see here)

After three months, the only change I have seen is that my penis turtles less(i noticed this in the first few weeks), which seems kind of good. Also, my Pls are ok.
I know that gains in PE don't always come fast or easy, but, considering the fact that in the first 3 months there was no measurable change (not even 0.1 cm), I was thinking of starting JonPop's 90-day routine...What do you guys think? Also, what are your comments on my current routine and my current daily kegels?

    Thanks!

After 2 weeks' off due to vacation and some other circumstances, I'm back and I'm thinking of starting JonPop's advanced beginner routine...any suggestions (yes/no) ?

Yeah start with JP's 90 Day Routine. I suggest you start with 2 days on 1 day off because 5 days on 2 days off can get pretty intense.
      Start
      6.75" BPEL (6.125" NBP)
      4.8" MEG

      07/2017
      8.125" BPEL (7.25" NBP)
      5.25" MEG (5.75" Base)

09/2019 (Restart from 2 Year Break)
      7.625" BPEL (6.5625" NBP)
      5.125" MEG (5.875" BEG)
      4.25" NBPFL x 4.25" FG
