  • Stairway to a Big one

    Decided to start a log to track all of the changes. I've done 2 sessions already so I'm just going to add them right now and then start logging everyday after that.
    I'm doing the JP90 routine and edging after it.I was having trouble with the regular V jelqs so from now on I'll be doing a modified version. basically I just use my index and middle and slide it over my dick from the top. Then I move to the glans slowly while holding the glans with the other hand so that it doesn't twist. I do jelqs at lower erection levels, so it makes my dick twist a lot. This way i can make sure that i hit the CCs perfectly.. I do kegels every other day. I do 15 sets of 15 kegels that i hold for 15 seconds each. after a few minutes a do another one that I hold for as long as possible. And if I am driving that day, which i mostl likely do, i do 100 quick ones while driving. I have also decided to quit porn and ejaculate only once or twice a week. I have always naturally been skinny. But i lift a lot and i do cardio pretty frequently. I eat pretty healthy too. My supplements include Gold standard 100% whey, optimum nutrition pro-complex, optimum nutrition opti-men multivitamin, fish oil, usplabs jack3ed, usp labs prime, and just starting taking horny goat weed on the day i started PE(don't know if it works yet). so i'm in pretty good shape. All the muscles in body are visible. So I know staying committed pays off. Just i've been dedicated to working out my body, I wanna be dedicated to working out my dick. Hopefully i see results one day.
    here are the starting measurements
    EL: 5.5"
    FSL: 6.0"( this one is hard to measure)
    EG: 4.5"

    My short term goal:
    BPEL:6.0"
    anything else would be bonus

    Here are my first few logs:

    Day 1(1/6/11):

    did the entire routine and then edged for about 20 mins after warm down.Had good flaccid hang all day.
    had night wood. It wasn't rock hard but about 90%

    Day 2(1/7/11):

    Had morning wood about 80%. Took the day off because of slight soreness. Did have night wood.

    Day 3(1/8/11):

    Had morning wood.
    Did my routine and edged for 15 minutes. felt like the routine took longer. did have good hang all day though.
    Then watched my colts lose
    Night wood wasn't great at all

    Day 4(1/9/11):

    pretty sure I dont remember having morning wood. But flaccid hang seem nice and thick right after I woke up.
    Due to the lack of wood and feeling of soreness I skipped the regular jelqs and V jelqs in the routine and just warmed up stretched and warmed down.
    Edged for 20 minutes. No night wood... maybe 30%

    Day 5(1/10/11)

    Morning wood around 30% maybe. Flaccid hang wasnt as thick as the first couple days. Took the day off.
    Barely any night wood again.

    Day 6(1/11/11)today:
    barely any morning wood. My groin area seems really tight. Probably from running a lot the day before. But this lack of wood is starting to worry me now. I can get hard if i manually stimulate it. But not so much going on otherwise. Flaccid hang not as thick. flaccid length hasn't really shrunken though. But it's still worrying me. Im going to take another day off today. this starting really starting to freak me out.

    Don't freak out man you'll be fine. Maybe since its your first week you could cut the workload 25%- 50% or so and maybe not edge as much/ every workout. From your log it seems like you got great pi's first couple of days then it dipped so maybe its been a bit heavy first week on your knob. Also, the soreness after sessions shouldn't be happening of course, are you using nice light grip? The uv's can be a heavy exercise to the untrained dong if you squeeze to tight.

    I'd ease up bit, do 5 mins basic jelqing for a few sessions and gradually up the workload. And maybe just edge a couple of times a week at first. All the best anyhows bud.

      Thank's man... yea i think i'll reduce to the work load.. maybe I'll do only 1 set of 50 ok jelqs and 30 V jelqs and see how i feel. and then increase the load weekly depending on how things go. and no my grips pretty heavy... i wanna feel the blood moving into the glans thats why. I jelq at around 30% so i dont feel it moving up with a light grip. and yea i just noticed some discoloration on the top area of my glans... prolly a sign of it being too intense.

            Day 7(1/12/11):

            Finally got morning wood again. Even though it was only about 70% and didnt last a long time, It's still progress compared to the past 3 days. I'm going to take another day off today, just to be on the safe side.
            I used a rice sock to apply heat to my unit before i fell asleep, I think that helped quite a bit. I might do it every night to speed up recovery.
            I did 5 reps of testicle jelqs in the shower. I'm thinking about doing that every other day. I am pretty sure it's healthy for ur testicles. Might increase LIbido.

              Day 8(1/13/11):

              Pretty good morning wood. finally got my 3rd PE session. wow 8 days to only have 3. but had to recover.
              only did 50 regular jelqs and 30 V jelqs though. I'll gradually build it up just so i dont over do it.
              been using a rice sock for heat every night before sleep and randomly throughout the day whenever i feel like it. Seems to be helping.

                day 9(1/14/11):

                Morning wood, but didnt stay long. I remember feeling specially horny this mornign. Had great flaccid hang till I took pre workout supplement that had caffeine before working out. It turtled after that. Flaccids fine now.. but not as squishy lol. DAy off today.

                  Day 10(1/15/11):

                  This was yesterday.. but i was out all day so I'm writing it right now. got drunk the night before and only got 4 hrs of sleep.. but still had real nice hang all day.
                  didn't get to PE cause i drove up to another college with a bunch of friends to party and got drunk again.. but noticed an increase in horniness at the sight of an attractive girl. Not sure if this due to my penis recovering completely or from being porn free for 9 days.
                  will do PE tinight though(day 11).

                    Day11(1/16/11):

                    Had ridiculously good flaccid hang all day. was horny all day too. This was also after getting drunk two nights in a row and sleeping for only 5 hours in over 48 hours.
                    Just did my PE with 20 minutes warm up and warm down. Did 50 OK jelqs and 30V Jelqs. Still having trouble with the Vjelqs. My dick keeps twisting while doing them.

                      Day12(1/17/11):

                      Day off. Had great night wood last night and good morning wood this morning. Also had great flaccid hang all day. As of now i'm doing one on one day off kinda thing. I'll slowly turn that into two days on one day off while increasing my jelqing workload as well. Applying heat to my unit atleast twice on off days. Once before bed and once at any free time.

                        Day 13(1/18/11):

                        No PE again. It was stressfull day. Did have good night/morning wood. and good flaccid hang all day.

                          Day 14(1/19/11)

                          decent morning wood. Didn't sleep well, that's probably why. Did PE right after breakfast. Did a 100 regular jelqs and 20 modified V jelqs.
                          Had good hang right after. But then had a lot of caffeine and worked out. So flaccid kinda turtled for a while and as of right now flaccid hangs alright but it's not plump.
                          Trying to get a consistent routine going. it's been kind of all erratic till now. So planning on doing it tomorrow and then finally getting the 2 day on 1 day off thing going. Also trying to build up to the JP90 workload.

                            day15(1/120/11):

                            I warmed up/down before bed last night. And fell asleep while doing fowfers. I was woken up around 6 in the morning with raging hard wood and stayed for about 15 minutes. and i didnn't stimulate it in anyway. Then when finally woke up later I did my PE after breakfast. Did 100 Jelqs and 40 of my modified V jelqs. Flaccid wasnt too plump a little bit after the session. Then did a 100 quick kegels on my way to class. Hit the gym, surprisingly my flaccid hung low after the gym. It usually turtles completely. It was a skinny flaccid but it hung low. On the way back home attempted a 100 reverse kegels. and then started to get really horny for no reason after that. I stayed really horny for a couple of hours after and then it died out a little but have been horny on and off till now. This hasnt happened in a long while. I'm very happy with it. And my flaccid hang was incredible a liittle after the gym workout. Low and plump. did a 10 testicle jelqs in the shower and did my regular kegel routine after. Gonna do warmup/down before bed and then fall asleep doing fowfers.

                            Really happy today because of all the positive P.I.s And today also marks the first day ive been able to a session on back to back days, marking the begining of my 2 days on 1 day routine. so happy!

                              Day 16(1/21/11):

                              Day off. sporadic wood after woke up and laid in bed. not great flaccid hang at all. Most likely due to massive amounts of caffeine and the cold weather though. will do warm ups/downs before bed. Falling asleep with bed fowfers also in the agenda
