Decided to start a log to track all of the changes. I've done 2 sessions already so I'm just going to add them right now and then start logging everyday after that.
I'm doing the JP90 routine and edging after it.I was having trouble with the regular V jelqs so from now on I'll be doing a modified version. basically I just use my index and middle and slide it over my dick from the top. Then I move to the glans slowly while holding the glans with the other hand so that it doesn't twist. I do jelqs at lower erection levels, so it makes my dick twist a lot. This way i can make sure that i hit the CCs perfectly.. I do kegels every other day. I do 15 sets of 15 kegels that i hold for 15 seconds each. after a few minutes a do another one that I hold for as long as possible. And if I am driving that day, which i mostl likely do, i do 100 quick ones while driving. I have also decided to quit porn and ejaculate only once or twice a week. I have always naturally been skinny. But i lift a lot and i do cardio pretty frequently. I eat pretty healthy too. My supplements include Gold standard 100% whey, optimum nutrition pro-complex, optimum nutrition opti-men multivitamin, fish oil, usplabs jack3ed, usp labs prime, and just starting taking horny goat weed on the day i started PE(don't know if it works yet). so i'm in pretty good shape. All the muscles in body are visible. So I know staying committed pays off. Just i've been dedicated to working out my body, I wanna be dedicated to working out my dick. Hopefully i see results one day.

Day 1(1/6/11):
did the entire routine and then edged for about 20 mins after warm down.Had good flaccid hang all day.
had night wood. It wasn't rock hard but about 90%
Day 2(1/7/11):
Had morning wood about 80%. Took the day off because of slight soreness. Did have night wood.
Day 3(1/8/11):
Had morning wood.
Did my routine and edged for 15 minutes. felt like the routine took longer. did have good hang all day though.
Then watched my colts lose
Night wood wasn't great at all
Day 4(1/9/11):
pretty sure I dont remember having morning wood. But flaccid hang seem nice and thick right after I woke up.
Due to the lack of wood and feeling of soreness I skipped the regular jelqs and V jelqs in the routine and just warmed up stretched and warmed down.
Edged for 20 minutes. No night wood... maybe 30%
Day 5(1/10/11)
Morning wood around 30% maybe. Flaccid hang wasnt as thick as the first couple days. Took the day off.
Barely any night wood again.
Day 6(1/11/11)today:
barely any morning wood. My groin area seems really tight. Probably from running a lot the day before. But this lack of wood is starting to worry me now. I can get hard if i manually stimulate it. But not so much going on otherwise. Flaccid hang not as thick. flaccid length hasn't really shrunken though. But it's still worrying me. Im going to take another day off today. this starting really starting to freak me out.
