  • Prince's Progress log

I'm going to start my log out with a little background of myself. I'm a long time lurker of PEGym, absorbing it's knowledge. I'm addicted to Intelligence.. Almost gets me off hah.
I'm heavily rooted in bodybuilding/fitness, and love the idea of manipulating the body to transform it into whatever desirable end result. So far I've changed my muscle, height, nose structure, and lightened my eye color. Definitely a fascinating subject to me.

I am also a model, so all these newly acquired traits are an absolute positive. The only additional body modification I wanted was a larger flaccid hang for the underwear shoots. So I started JP's 90 day workout, but inconsistently, so I saw next to no gains. After getting a rocky monologuesque attitude I started PEing seriously and I'm very proud of the gains I've made.

First month I fowfered constantly (about 4-8 hours a day). I just did basic stretches for 20 minutes, jelqs for 15, and a few horse squeezes. Jelq 4 days a week, HS one day

Second month I started using an ace bandage as an ADS, accompanied with TOW stretches, Circle stretches, and a majority of bundled stretches. Also did 3 horse squeezes a week and 2 10 minute jelqs a week. Stretching sessions lasted about 20 minutes, edging for 30-60 minutes after. I actually did 20 minutes for bundled too and saw no adverse effects, and after reading learned that it wasn't very smart to do bundleds for that long

And now this month, after learning about supraslammers, I'm going to incorporate those into my workouts. My schedule is currently: 2 days on, one rest, 3 days on, one rest, as it has been ever since I started.
Monday: jelq, Tuesday: supra, Thursday: supra, Friday: jelq, Saturday: supra

    Welcome to PEGym, Prince Charles!
To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

6 30 second bundled stretches, focusing on the bundle

5 supraslammers, 2 30 second erect squeezes, reached PONR.
I've been reaching very close to PONR before every rep, so I just usually go until I'm spent.

3 sets of 20 long hold kegels

I've heard a couple of girls complaining about 7 inch penises being too long, so I'm going to focus more on girth for a while. Still going to go at least 7 NBPEL though

Also changed my schedule to mainly erect squeezes, since I have a pretty nice sized glans

It it good that you are here: you will often see posts from people wanting a miracle change to their penis overnight. I often see people asking about the pills that will "magically" give them another 2 inches.

We need more people, like yourself, who have shaped their own bodies through manual labor and committment, and can tell others that it's the only way.

        Welcome!!

Yeah I've seen a few people like that. It's just the same as people wanting to lose an unrealistic amount of weight in a short period of time. If it were that easy everyone would be sticks.. And have foot long penises

Thank you! I appreciate the kind words

So could a person lose 10 lbs a week?? This diet Im giong on is for people who need heart surgery . The only reason I'm doing it is that it really works if you stick to the plan.

Here's a little more it tells what to eat for 3 days cutting out all sweets ect. Then after 3 days you will eat normal food for 4 days at portion size then you repeat the process. Is that still unhealthy??

If you lose a drastic amount of weight in a week it's not good for you because your body is not meant to adapt that quickly.. But what you described sounds pretty healthy to me.. I'd go for it. Let me know how that goes I'm curious. Good luck!
