  • Playing it safe.

So before I get into my log for one month, I just want to make a couple notes. I wanted to take it pretty slow to assure I wouldn't injure myself at all and would be fully prepared to move on to a more serious routine. I was hoping for slight gains but (spoiler) didn't really gain at all. I'll get more into things as I go along, and I'm hoping by discussing my routine and time limitations maybe you guys could help me create a new routine?

Began on the 21st of December using Babbis' routine. I did the suggested one day on, one day off. My starting stats were about 5.75inches long, and 4.75 inches in girth. I have somewhat small to moderate ED though my urologist and psychologist suggest it's totally mental, and comes from my obsession over my penis size, which I won't get in to, but I think about it too much and it's probably unhealthy.

At first I used a hot washcloth to warm and warmed down with a shower. This was true for sessions on December 21, 24,27, 30, January 2, 5, and 8.

I measured on the 10th and got about 5.8Inches length and 4.7 inches girth. The .5 in length i'm almost sure was just a better erection than the one I measured with first, so I doubt it was a real gain.

Started using a rice sock to warm up on the 11th and have been using it since.

On the 13th I read somewhere on the site that people seemed to gain more when they didn't masturbate after PE, so I stopped masturbating the day of exercising.

Started doing a kegel routine on the 14th, on a cycle of doing the kegel routine the day after doing babbis' routine. It consists of 10 sitting kegels, 5 standing, 15 quick sitting kegels, 10 quick standing, 3 sitting squeezing hard and holding it, and 3 lying down squeezing hard and holding it.

My last routine session was the 22nd, and kegel routine on the 23rd. I measured today and had length of 5.75 inches, and 4.75 inches girth.

I understand babbis' routine was meant for about 18 days but like I said I wanted to take things slow and safely. I'm also pressed for time a lot and getting more than 30 or 40 minutes to myself can be tough. For not gaining anything all I can hope is that my penis has been pretty conditioned to start doing harder workouts. All this being said, I have a few questions.

    1. After gaining nothing from this routine for an entire month, does that mean I'm a slow gainer, or is that just not the nature of the routine? I was a bit disappointed to have no improvement after sticking to the routine religiously for a month.
    2. What routine should I move on to now? Should I do JP's 90 day? Or is my penis conditioned enough to skip that, or should I still do it? If I could do some sort of modified routine or something that would be ideal. I did the 2 days off 1 day on because of my lack of enough personal time. What's more important, the more often you PE, or the intensity of the workout? Any help in this entire field would be appreciated, I'm not sure where to go from here and my next routine would be tomorrow.
3.Any other tips, or even motivation. Got the measuring blues.
    Any help would be appreciated.

I would personally up the intensity a bit, and go 3 days on, one day off. PE is a marathon, not a sprint. One month with a light routine probably isn't going to get you good gains.
To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

I agree with HigherOne. And you haven't wasted a month, and you can use it as a "springboard" into JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine . It works for so many.

You should be able to add 15 to 20% more time / reps each week until the 3rd month. Please note: I said more time and more reps, not more pressure or weight! Nothing should ever cause pain.

      Much success!!

You might want to increase the time and intensity now, but a month is just not enough time to see any significant results. Give yourself a good three to four months to start seeing measurable changes.
