This seems like a really good idea, so I'll be starting my log to keep track of progress. Probably be neater than my chicken scratch in my notebook that I've been keeping to this point. Today will be my 2nd workout day of week 3, so I've been at it a couple of weeks before starting this log. I originally started in November, but did too much too early and injured myself almost every workout. After a couple of months of reading I started back in with healthy clues so far.

    Starting stats:
    6.75" BPEL
    5.75" MSEG

Measured in November of '10, I have not measured since I took time off to further educate myself.

    Initial goal:
    8" x 6"

Current workout: (4 days a week, every other day)

20+ minute warm up with heating pad
    7 min. basic stretch (42 second stretches x 5 directions x 2 sets
14 minutes wet jelq (2-3 second strokes)

    Non workout days:
9 sets of 20 kegels (2 seconds each)
9 sets of 10 reverse kegels (2 seconds each)
    30 - 70 JAI stretches

The plan is to add one minute of basic stretching per week to the end of week 6 for a total of 10 minutes.
Add two minutes of jelqing per week to the end of week 6 for a total of 20 minutes.
Add 3 sets of 20 kegels and 10 reverse kegels per week for a total of 18 sets throughout the day by the end of week 6.
Maintain current level of JAI stretches on off workout days.
Staying on the same 4 days a week, every other day until the end of week six.

Will measure at the end of week six to judge progress if any, and move into a more advanced workout starting week 7 if gains and body clues are positive.

That's it for now. Will update tonight after my workout. Hope to meet some new "internet pals" to share ideas, and hopefully bust each others chops if I miss a workout for no good reason.

    01/25/11 - 2nd workout in week 3

30 minute warm-up (was comfortable, and figured additional warm up time can never hurt)
7 minutes basic stretch (42 seconds each - out, down, up, left, right) x 2
    14 minutes jelq

Tried something a little different with the jelq tonight to give the hands a break. I moderately injured the joint in my thumb where it connects to the wrist about 6 months ago, and its giving me hell right now. Not sure what this grip or exercise is called, but I'm sure someone has a name for it. Basically I hold the base with one hand tight against my pubic bone, and use one hand to milk outwards towards the glans. Performed left, right, up and down and alternated hands with the appropriate direction, as well as some standard jelqs. Got a good pump with this new (to me) jelq, and not as much fatigue in my right thumb, so I'm hoping this will keep me moving in the right direction with less fatigue. A few tiny red bumps on the under side just back from the glans, but nothing serious.

Decided to end with short cool down with a cold rag and not bring myself up to full erection, as the flaccid hang looked good as well as girth post workout, and I FELT worked out. Not in a bad way, but could definitely feel I got some good pressure during the workout.

Plus my libido is CRAP right now and I find I'm having a difficult time bringing myself to erection at ANY point, let alone post workout. Doesnt' seem to be a physical thing, as I do occasionally wake with morning wood that is healthy. More of a mood and mental problem is what I'm thinking. Don't really want to do the porn thing, but may have to incorporate some visual stimulation at some point so I can eventually bring some edging into the mix after 6 weeks is up. Want to make sure I'm better conditioned before adding more stress.

Work on kegels, reverse kegels, and JAI stretches throughout the day tomorrow.

      Kegel and JAI routine

      9 sets of 20 kegels
9 sets of 10 reverse kegels
      60 JAI stretches.

Doing a set of 20 kegels, immediately followed by 10 reverse kegels, and doing 10 JAI stretches right after for the first 6 sets to reach 60.

Experienced fatigue by the 5th set, but got in the full nine sets. Had some difficulty finishing the 8th and 9th sets, but squeezed as hard as I could manage towards the end.

Feel some tenderness at the base from last nights workout. Had no morning wood this morning, and no spontaneous wood during the day. Again, I think it's due more to mindset than over working myself, but will keep at the current pace until I notice something clearly negative.

        01/27/11

Woke up to some night wood in the middle of the night last night, so that was a relief. Was starting to wonder if I was over doing it. Looked "full" this morning.

        (After work)
30 minute warm-up (getting into the habit of finishing a TV show before I start my workout. Don't mind the extra warm up time.)

7 minutes basic stretch (42 seconds each - out, down, up, left, right) x 2. Used slightly more tension and rotated the pulls slightly in a circular motion in the direction of the pull. I feel more stretching at the base this way.

14 minutes jelq (varied between "milking" and longer 2 to 5 second strokes)

Noticed some small very slight bruising on the glans today, so I almost didn't work out. Plus I was tired and wasn't very motivated. Intended to just warm up and do stretches due to the bruising, but decided to do a full workout since I'm not experiencing any pain, and figured while I was at it, might as well do the full deal. Good workout. Used the same jelq type exercise I did a couple of nights ago. I feel good pressure and feel like the blood is getting moved through well, and it really helps my right thumb doing it this way. Still used some regular jelq strokes, but switched when my thumb started bothering me. Did notice that the veins on my penis were more prominent earlier today, and I'm taking that as a good sign that I'm moving blood around as I need to.

Time for an update. Been having some personal drama going on lately, but have managed to keep working out. Documented in my notebook, just not here.

01/28/11 - 4 sets of 20 kegels, 4 sets of 10 reverse kegels, and 40 JAI stretches. Had the kids this weekend, and was just plain worn out. Was fatigued pretty early on, so this is as far as I got on my off day.

01/29/11 - 30 min warmup, 7 minutes basic stretch, no jelqs. Again had the kids, and was very tender for some reason. Decided to lay off on the jelqs until the soreness subsided.

01/30/11 - 12 sets of 20 kegels, 12 sets of 10 reverse kegels, 90 JAI stretches. Done over a period of about 3 hours while doing other things. Laying off jelqs was a good idea. Woke up with decent morning wood.

01/31/11 - 30 minute warmup, 8 minutes basic stretching, 16 minutes jelqing. Positive PIs so I decided to up the workout a bit as outlined. Good workout despite being overly tired. Need to get more/better sleep. A lot going on that is keeping me up nights. And not in a good way.

            02/01/11 - 5 sets of 20 kegels, 5 sets of 10 reverse kegels, 50 JAI stretches.

02/02/11- 20 min warm-up, 8 minutes basic stretching, 16 minutes jelqing. Was able to get an erection about 2 hours after my workout. Did some light squeezes with and 80% erection focusing on the base. Been busy as hell lately, and dealing with an unruly ex screwing with my kids, but sticking with the plan. Can't wait to get bigger.

              10 sets of 20 kegels
10 sets of 10 reverse kegels
              80 JAI stretches

Trying to stay as consistent as possible with the amount of sets I'm doing, but some days I fatigue earlier than others, so do as many sets as I can before I start to feel that dull ache in the pelvic floor muscles..

                Update:

02/04/11 - No workout. Had the opportunity to go out with a few guys from work after work, and decided to go since I never go anywhere or do anything anymore. Not going to make a habit of it, but was nice to have a night out.

02/05/11 - Felt guilty for not doing my workout on Friday 02/04 so I did a 20 min warm up with 8 minutes of basic stretching. No jelqs.

02/06/11 - Full workout. Upped my time since I slacked the last couple of days.

                25 minute warm up
                9 minutes basic stretching
                18 minutes wet jelq.

Good workout. Slow deliberate strokes throughout the full 18 minutes. Felt like a LONG time but maintained steady pressure the entire time. Heading to Las Vegas for work tomorrow. Lots of drive time for Kegels and reverse Kegels. Will be there all week, so will have plenty of time in the hotel at night to work out.

Well, had to unfortunately and reluctantly not work out for a week. Ended up having to room with a co-worker at a hotel, so I got zero privacy to do my routine. Kept kegeling and doing JAI stretches when I used the restroom, but for the most part, the week was shot.

                  SO..

Week 5 starts over with tonight's workout:

                  25 min warm up
                  9 minutes basic stretching
                  18 minutes of jelqs

I'm hoping I didn't over do it by staying at the same level as before the week lay off, but I don't want to be set back another week by backing off. I'll monitor my clues carefully this week.

                    02/20/11

Yet another week blown due to travel and rooming with co-workers in hotels. I'm a little irritated by it, as I started out really strong and persistent with my work outs for the first 4 weeks, but the last two weeks have been quite unproductive. Started back again tonight. Out of town travel should be done for a couple of weeks at least so I can get back to it. I haven't kept up on my kegels, reverse kegels or JAI stretches. No excuses, just plain laziness, and I know it.

                    30 min warm up
                    9 min basic stretching
                    18 minutes of jelqs

Decided to try edging for 15 minutes to keep in an expanded state instead of getting done with the work out and calling it done. Due to some reading I've done here and the fact I have no female partner at this point I decided I need to cut one loose every once in awhile, so I did. Plus I need to start working on stamina. I noticed during my edging session I could maintain a pretty solid erection just working on the shaft, but my glans is hyper sensitive, and I can't go anywhere near it without feeling an immediate trigger to release. that has become an issue over the past few years that I've lost any level of control that I might have had. I've always had an orgasm before I wanted to, and that has taken the pleasure out of sex for quite a long time. I became so worried about it that it is literally all I would think about instead of enjoying the act. Definitely need some work and practice in that area for when I do decide to become sexually active again.

On a side note, I ordered a Bathmate today, due to some of the positive comments here, and I'd like to maybe start using it as a warm up/cool down device to slowly expand the inner tissues before and after my normal workout routine. If anyone has been using the Bathmate in this fashion, I'd welcome your comments on how it is working for you.

Time to get back to this log since I've been completely inconsistent over the last few weeks, and haven't even documented in my notebook at home. I have still been working out, although without the consistency with which I started. Last entry in my notebook was Feb 22nd. Terrible. I didn't document any of my workouts any time after that, so I have nothing to look back on to see when I worked out and when I didn't. I have not been doing any Kegels or Reverse Kegels and few JAI stretches. Why? Because I have come to the conclusion I HATE doing Kegels. I need to come up with some sort of routine that I can stick to, that doesn't take 100's of Kegels per day, but will still produce results. Any suggestions would be welcome. I've read though some of Pegasus's "Implications" thread and there seems to be no way to accomplish this other than just doing them. Have to find some motivation in that regard, although from where I don't know. Depression is an evil animal, and sometimes it just kills my motivation to get out of bed, let alone anything else.

At any rate, I'll document the past few workouts that I can remember off the top of my head and keep moving forward from here. I got my Bathmate on Feb 24th and have been using it, albeit inconsistently like everything else, since I got it. Here's where I sit right now and be sure that I am accurate:

                        03/13/11

20 min warm-up minimum (Haven't written any of this down, but I always warm up for a minimum of 20 min.)
                        9 min basic stretching
18 minutes jelq (alternating between regular and V jelqs)
20 minute Bathmate session (starting at 150mm on the scale and increasing the pressure by 5mm every 2 1/2 minutes to end at 190mm for the last 2 1/2 minutes)

                        03/14/11

20 min Bathmate session same as above

                        03/15/11

                        20 min warm-up minimum
                        9 min basic stretching
18 minutes jelq (alternating between regular and V jelqs)
20 minute Bathmate session (starting at 150mm on the scale and increasing the pressure by 5mm every 2 1/2 minutes to end at 190mm for the last 2 1/2 minutes)

I'm slowly getting used to the Bathmate. I'm pretty sure I overdid it starting out, as I have had some red spots, and quite of bit of fluid retention (doughnut effect) around the head for quite a few hours afterward. Last nights session was better, and the fluid retention was less, and the doughnut effect less pronounced and returning to normal within a couple of hours.

That's it for now. I need to get better about kegel workouts for sure, and get back to a consistent routine. I'm probably going to up my total stretching time to 10 minutes, and jelqs to 20 minutes since I'm getting night and morning wood, and notice much less time for my unit to return to a normal state after working out. I've done no measuring up to this point other than a flacid stretch before and after my stretching exercises to see if I'm actually stretching my ligs and such. Before warming up and stretching my flacid stretch is 7", after warm up and stretching I am 7 1/2" BP, so I'm hoping that's a good sign.

03/16/11 - 20 minute Bathmate session as described above

03/17/11 - Got together with some friends to play guitar. Got home pretty late so no workout.

03/18/11 - Did a quite Bathmate session in the shower before going out on a date. I pumped too quickly and ended up with some a lot of red spots all over and some bruising, so I obviously pumped too much, too fast. Will lay off for a couple of days and monitor it.

03/19/11 - Red spots and bruising better but still present. Will wait for it to subside before resuming exercises.

03/20/11 - Red spots were gone today so time to get back at it. Upped my stretching and jelqing time.

                            25 minute warm-up
                            10 minutes basic stretching
                            20 minutes jelqing
                            20 minute Bathmate session

Pretty good work out overall. Trying to get more involved here on the forum to stay motivated and stick with the program. I'll stay at this level for a week and then start incorporating some more advanced stretches in the coming weeks.

03/21/11 - Decided to do some stretching again today since I don't feel any "next day fatigue" from my workout. Length is more important to me than girth at this point, although I won't complain if I get some girth as well. Stretching went better than normal. I'm still experimenting with my grip to get a good stretch, but not put too much stretch on the glans. But I really felt a good stretch with this workout.

                              10 minutes basic stretching
20 minute Bathmate session as outlined above. Was able to get to the 195mm mark for the last minute,
