This seems like a really good idea, so I'll be starting my log to keep track of progress. Probably be neater than my chicken scratch in my notebook that I've been keeping to this point. Today will be my 2nd workout day of week 3, so I've been at it a couple of weeks before starting this log. I originally started in November, but did too much too early and injured myself almost every workout. After a couple of months of reading I started back in with healthy clues so far.
Starting stats:
6.75" BPEL
5.75" MSEG
Measured in November of '10, I have not measured since I took time off to further educate myself.
Initial goal:
8" x 6"
Current workout: (4 days a week, every other day)
20+ minute warm up with heating pad
7 min. basic stretch (42 second stretches x 5 directions x 2 sets
14 minutes wet jelq (2-3 second strokes)
Non workout days:
9 sets of 20 kegels (2 seconds each)
9 sets of 10 reverse kegels (2 seconds each)
30 - 70 JAI stretches
The plan is to add one minute of basic stretching per week to the end of week 6 for a total of 10 minutes.
Add two minutes of jelqing per week to the end of week 6 for a total of 20 minutes.
Add 3 sets of 20 kegels and 10 reverse kegels per week for a total of 18 sets throughout the day by the end of week 6.
Maintain current level of JAI stretches on off workout days.
Staying on the same 4 days a week, every other day until the end of week six.
Will measure at the end of week six to judge progress if any, and move into a more advanced workout starting week 7 if gains and body clues are positive.
That's it for now. Will update tonight after my workout. Hope to meet some new "internet pals" to share ideas, and hopefully bust each others chops if I miss a workout for no good reason.
