  • Alas, the time has come...

...for me to embark on this long yet faithful journey of PE.

The routine I intend on following is the JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

Start date: Tuesday, the 1st of February 2011

    Here are my starting measurements:
    NBPFSL: 3.5"
    BPFSL: 4.375"
    FG: 3.75"
    (measuring at mid shaft)

    NBPEL: 5.5"
    BPEL: 6.0"
    EG: 4.5 "
    (measuring at mid shaft)

I shall hopefully measure myself after a month to see whether any change has been made, and I plan from then on to measure myself every three months, (after the first three months, which happens to be the end of the chosen routine, I may decide to stay on it, or probably come up with an alternative routine to match my needs) spanning over two whole years, finishing by the time I'm twenty

    My short term goals are:
    NBPFSL: 4.5"
    FG: 4.25"

    NBPEL: 7.5"
    EG: 5.25"

Hopefully the long term goals are quite reasonable and achievable, and one day I shall!

I've decided to change certain aspects of the programme, such as I decided to make it two days on/one day off as five days on/two days off seems a bit too much at the moment, perhaps after a month or two I shall pick up that pace.
Also the total of 150 Jelqs and 90 V-Jelqs seems a lot, especially as it can get boring, not to mention annoying as I'm having problems with making sure the skin is staying in it's place (I'm cut, but there's a tad bit of skin just below the glans which seems to prevent me go completely up unless I retract it), but so far - it's going good

          Some suggestions for you:

          1) Plan out your routine, but not the schedule. You might have to do 1 day on, 1 day off; or 2 on and 2 off; or 3 on and 2 off - this depends day by day, and you should read your own PI's and simply respond to them:. Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Growth! Then simply trust your instincts.

Going411by7 said repeatedly in his routine thread that he decided day by day by whether or not he was "turtled.". If dick says "no," the answer is No, otherwise, do PE!!!!

Here's more: Physiological Indicators (the original post)

NEVER feel bad about taking a day, or even two days, off. The only mistake with breaks is never returning.

          2) Jelqing is NOT boring - if you turn on a radio. Jelqing is WELL worth the time!

          3) I am cut also (but pretty tight), and that little bit of skin shouldn't get in your way if you have enough lube. Remember you are working your erectile tissue "through" the skin. as long as you jelq as much as you can, it is effective.

I'll be watching for your gains. You've got a good plan!

Thanks for the advice, midasman, I had initially read the article about Physiological Indicators but it had slipped my mind, a silly thing to do! After two/three sessions I was unable to carry on as I have a hectic schedule, balancing school and work, however I noticed some negative PI's such as erections coming less frequent, which I'm beginning to slightly worry, it's an obvious consequence of overworking the unit, so I've decided to postpone till everything resumes back to normal (which I hope it does) and then I intend to carry on with the programme from the beginning, ensuring that I'm applying the right pressure and that I'm doing the techniques correctly.

Everything is now back to normal (or has been for a while.) Currenty, I'm on holiday so hopefully when I return next Monday I can start a fresh and ensure I'm well prepared before making a start again!
