First week gains!

If your penis is not conditioned, this is not a good excercise. There's a reason why it's an advanced excercise you know. Potential for injuries, and you might not even gain anything from them. So maybe look into a different routine, seems like you're not even doing regular stretches. I would first focus on those before you start doing uli's.

Congrats on the early gains, but, yes, watch out for those advanced exercises!
Johnny Butt knows whereof he speaks! It is exciting to see early gains and to decided to do even more, but this is a mistake. "Slow and steady wins the race" is the PE motto for me.
If you do injure yourself, you will have to take more than a WEEK, possible more to recover, during that time you can do NOTHING but pee with it!
I strongly recommend you read the log of Nothing2itbut2doit. He had an injury early on and was down for a week. He learned a lesson, and you do NOT have to learn it the hard way: Nothin2ItBut2DoIt's Progress LogConcentrating on kingpole's Beginner to Advanced Beginner Routine

i would wait to do ulis or horse squeezes. wait for awhile till your more conditioned then do them in addition to your beginner routine. youll be set after that. read up on some of the theories to figure out what you need to work on more. find your LOT and what's your limiting factors6/12/2012
