  • Nate's Progress

    Okay,
I am going to start committing to a log and program in order to enhance my gains. I have been doing the exercises for the JP 90-day routine inconsistently for about a month. Didn't measure at all, but I had measured quite a while back and they don't seem to have changed at all.

    BPEL - 5.75"
    EG - 4.5-4.6"
    EQ - 6/10

I will be using these measurements to keep track, I plan to do Mon-Fri with Sat-Sun off.
I hope I can stick to it.

For now my short term goals will be:
    BPEL - 6.5"
    EG - 5"

    Long term:
    BPEL 7.5-8"
    EG 5.5-6"
I guess a solid round 8"x6" would be a good long term goal.
I tried PE a long while back and I believe I made close to BPEL of 6.5 but after not doing it for a few years I have lost all the gains. I think I got girth to 4.75-4.9". I believe it probably has a lot to do with erection quality as well.

    Thanks,
    Nate
    Starting: ~5.5" x 4.5"

    Current: 6" x 4.7"

Nate is is a great idea to Keep a journal/log of your PE. In it's own it is a motivator. Consistency is very important in any workout program. Make some time for your personal development and I know you will be happy with the results.

      Welcome aboard, Nate!
Starting PE was a great decision and so was starting a log.

Well I reread the program (JP's) and I realized that the few times I have done the exercises I was counting each stroke as one, rather than both hands. Should I be counting each hand as one with the V-jelqs as well?

Just did the first correct routine today.

          JP's routine, 100 kegels.
          ~30minutes of edging
Did the jelqs with both hands counting as one rep, and the v jelqs counted as one rep per hand.
