  • Beavertaffy's 2011 PE Cycle

    It's that time of year again. It's time for me to get on a PE kick and see what I can manage with my busy schedule and other hobbies. I'm not going to try to treat this as a new beginning in PE, just as a cycle, because I know I won't end up consistently in PE indefinitely.

    03-06-11 (all taken sitting butterfly style in bed)
    Mid-shaft relaxed girth: 5.25
    Thinest relaxed girth:
    4.75
    Mid-shaft kegeled-out girth: 5.375
    Thinnest point kegeled-out girth: 4.875

    Based on what I noted after looking back on my previous logs before, I know my best chunk of gains (after newbie gains) involved clamping and slinkies which were done very lightly after the clamping. With clamping the first set was more intense than the ones following it. I may not clamp at first, as I am de-conditioned. I didn't pay much attention to nutrition at that point, but for this cycle of PE I will be using as much of anything that could help as possible. I'll also do something for length (manual stretch, vacuhanger stretch, or jelqs). Kegels will play a bigger role than they have in the past too. After all, if you're not filling out rock-solid your gains are usually about to plateau anyways.

    Masturbation/ejaculation will be minimized to some extent, and marathon sessions or rough sessions will be avoided like the plague. I think this is a big one for me. When I end up having 2 hour sessions my EQ drops pretty bad for a while. Also, using a firm grip, tighter fleshlights or excessively fast motions tends to cause an EQ decrease. In the name of breaking these habits I think I will actually look at a short, gentle session with a loose fleshlight as a good thing rather than as giving in.

    Gentle Manual Stretches: 3 min*
    Dry Jelqs: 5 min*
    Slinkies: 2 min*
    Golf Weight Kegels: 1x20; 2x10,10*
    *estimations of quality time spent doing the exercises (i.e. factoring out time where i had the wrong erection level, got distracted etc.)

    Notes: A moderate start, but it felt good. Since starting this I haven't masturbated yet. Took the recommended amounts of ginseng, yohimbe and tribulus today.

      Change of Plans

      in the interest of trying anal in the future, I'm going to avoid trying to grow until after that. For now I will just get into progressive resisted kegels.

        Today and 2 days ago, I did a session of golf weight kegels up and down, as well as a little bit of manual length.

          April 1st

          Did a little bit of manual stretches followed by golf kegels up and down. 3 or 4 sets of 10 with 2 golf weights in each direction is where I'm at with the workouts I've been doing.

          Also, just cause flaccid length is cool I'm going to start doing some fowfers when I see an opportunity.

            Note on EQ

            Just wanted to note that my EQ has been absolutely through the roof lately. All I'm doing is light manual stretching, progressive resisted kegels and L-arginine before bed.

                Awesome man you don't want to grow but your dick is saying yes against your will lol.
                One thing I want to clairfy Thinest relaxed girth is that really 8.125'' or Is that your Flaccid length?? Kinda confused just making sure . Good gains man .
