It's that time of year again. It's time for me to get on a PE kick and see what I can manage with my busy schedule and other hobbies. I'm not going to try to treat this as a new beginning in PE, just as a cycle, because I know I won't end up consistently in PE indefinitely.
03-06-11 (all taken sitting butterfly style in bed)
Mid-shaft relaxed girth: 5.25
Thinest relaxed girth: 4.75
Mid-shaft kegeled-out girth: 5.375
Thinnest point kegeled-out girth: 4.875

Based on what I noted after looking back on my previous logs before, I know my best chunk of gains (after newbie gains) involved clamping and slinkies which were done very lightly after the clamping. With clamping the first set was more intense than the ones following it. I may not clamp at first, as I am de-conditioned. I didn't pay much attention to nutrition at that point, but for this cycle of PE I will be using as much of anything that could help as possible. I'll also do something for length (manual stretch, vacuhanger stretch, or jelqs). Kegels will play a bigger role than they have in the past too. After all, if you're not filling out rock-solid your gains are usually about to plateau anyways.
Masturbation/ejaculation will be minimized to some extent, and marathon sessions or rough sessions will be avoided like the plague. I think this is a big one for me. When I end up having 2 hour sessions my EQ drops pretty bad for a while. Also, using a firm grip, tighter fleshlights or excessively fast motions tends to cause an EQ decrease. In the name of breaking these habits I think I will actually look at a short, gentle session with a loose fleshlight as a good thing rather than as giving in.
