  • JJ's Dick Log

    Welcome All.

I've been at PE for two weeks now, and I feel like I'd rather add to the site than keep my own log on notepad. (I do SEO for a living and figure I'd contribute to the site . ) I have not measured since the beginning of PE, but I have noticed some changes of look and feel to my unit so far.

I've modified JP's90 day program because I felt like I personally could handle just a little more.

Any comments and recommendations are more than welcome.

Well the last guy that modified JP's program was never heard from agian so I would be careful. It seems you're doing alot for a beginner and many a beginner has thought they could handle it and wound up injured. Be careful.

Thanks for the note CUSP, I really appreciate the feedback and I'll make sure to take it easy.

Is any exercise here being done in excess specifically? I was trying to go really light with the more advanced exercises just to add to the conditioning aspect.

      Cheers.

It doesn't seem THAT bad but ULI's are generally regarded as a more advanced exercise. Unfortunately I know how tempting they are because of the enormous expansion that you probably are getting from it.

Its more important that you monitor your dick during this time than it is to mindlessly follow guidelines.

Pre-workout, officially clocking in at 6.25 BPEL...This could be due to a beginning measurement error, or this could be due to miraculous gains. Either way.
