I am so happy to be back on with PE'ing after a couple years layoff. Even back then, I only excercised for about 3 weeks, jumped off, then jumped back on for another 3. Beats the hell out of me why I stopped, because I was making pretty substantial gains in that short amount of time. But that's in the past. Now I'm working night shifts and my days are dedicated to lifting weights and PE'ing. I actually started yesterday, but after today's session, I realized forgetting all the little marginal notes, positives, negatives, Aha! moments and the like would be PE suicide. I keep a lifting log, so why not a PE log?? So here it is, Day 1 of what I hope will become a lifelong hobby...
Date: 4/6/2011
Workout: JP 90-day/ 10 min warm-up / stretching exercises as listed/ Jelqing (500 reps, counting each stroke, without using V-jelqs)/10 min warm-down
Notes: Switched to using rice sock as a warm up and down method, will do so from now on. Jelqed with mild-mildly strong force. Felt a little sore but it went away quickly. Will watch for PI's to indicate if I need to cut the pressure down. Tried V-Jelqs standing up with index and middle fingers. Worked for the first three sets, then fingers became tired and less effective, will switch to all straight jelqs. Good pump during and after workout. Will add in 300 kegels per day minus workout kegels. Also, added a kegel before each jelq for added blood flow and strength training, will continue. Will check back in at the 4-week mark barring any changes or Aha! moments. Until then...
