How do I buy the ginger? fresh or dried?

I've actually never tried it myself, but I've heard MANY great things! If I recall correctly, I don't think it matters what type of ginger you buy, but I imagine the ginger you would find in a produce section is probably best. I'd read through the pages of that link if I were you...you can probably find out what type of ginger people suggest. Let us know how it works for you.
