    Hello all,

    Well, it's been quite some time since I've been on the PE forums. I've experimented with PE (on and off) for about 2-3 years until life demanded i give my attention elsewhere. I did end up gaining a decent amount with my sporadic routine. However, with such a busy college schedule, I had to give up on my efforts as I just couldn't find enough time in my day to carry out any routine. I finally come to a personal decision that I would love to take my length over 9in and am bound determined to do it. Until the beginning of last week, I had not been practicing any form of PE besides some mild stretching whenever I could.

    So, at the beginning of the week I started doing some very intense stretching starting in the morning and continue throughout the day at any point I had time. Even whilst sitting or watching a movie, I would stretch under my leg and sit on it for as long as possible. I probably accumulated about 2-3 hours of good stretching each day. Around Friday of last week I decided it was finally time to start doing some form of a routine, consisting of wet jelqing and a dry jelq combo. While thinking about a new possible exercise to increase my gains with the thought of gradual increases in internal pressure I came up with a form of squeeze that I absolutely love. I don't even know if the exercise has a name or not, or even was previously documented, but it has been working wonders. My initial measurements before stretching and doing this routine (ill outline later) were roughly BPEL 7.1in. As of today, after 2 days of my routine and taking yesterday off to rest, I measured to be around 7.6in BPEL. Some of that is probably not concrete, so I'm setting my starting stats .1in lower than what I marked it at. As far as an explanation as to how i gained that much in such a small period of time, I cannot explain with absolute certainty.

    I am applying a topical cream consisting of DHEA among other herbs and antioxidants after every morning shower and then again after my 2nd PE session. I am also a bodybuilder and am an currently 'on-cycle.'

    Routine A (morning):
    Stretching: 5min
    Wet jelq: 5min

    Routine B (Afternoon):
    Manual stretching: 10min
    Wet jelq: 10min
    Modified Two-handed jelq: 5min
    Gradual-Pressure-Grip-squeezes: 5min

    Routine C (After hitting the gym) :
    Wet jelq: 5 min
    Gradual-Pressure-Grip-Squeezes: 5 minutes

    Warm-up/warm down------> Each routine begins with a 2 minute warm-up consisting of a very hot rice sock or hot cup of water. Usually I take a shower 2x a day and use those periods of time (morning/post-workout) to use as a warm-down. Then in the late evening, I will use a warm rice sock for the last session.

    My starting and ending stats back in the day.
    BPEL 6.5 (start) --> 7.2in (end)
    EMG 5.5 (start) --> 6.2in (end)

    New starting stats (04-11-2011):
    BPEL 7.5 in
    EMG 6.0 in
    Base 7.0 in

      I updated and outlined my actual routine. I will be attempting a 3 days on and 1 day off cycle. However, on my days off will consist of using an ADS, manual stretching and pressure squeezes before I go to bed.

      If you guys have any questions or comments, by all means, let me hear it.

        Make sure you always do a proper warm up to avoid injuries. I see no warm up in your routine.

        And you have some very nice starting stats already, it's already in the huge category! All the hard work of the last years seems to have paid off.

          Thanks for the reminder. I had been doing a small warm-up. However, I must admit that my warm-up is not adequate by even my own standards. I will, as I should, make more of an effort to avoid injury by practicing proper protocol.

          Thanks for the compliment! I do think some of what I gained since my absence must be attributed to some natural growth, as my girth has increased even without practicing any PE. My base measurement was roughly 7in, if I remember correctly. I will try to make some accurate measurements either tomorrow or this weekend.

          Just for progress sake, I will take actual ruler and tape measurements to see my progression. I have started an excel spreadsheet to provide myself with some sort of figures indicating my growth rate in response to my routine. This will give me a more accurate depiction of when I need to start changing things. I will try and measure once a week over a period of 3 months to get some sort of idea. Maybe this will help others in their efforts, as well.

            Today, after "routine B" in the afternoon, I decided to check my length once more to see where I'm at. Well, I was really damn excited. I got extremely hard for roughly 30 seconds and put the ruler in a bone-pressed fashion and made a reading of about 8in! I even took it from a different angle and still was right at 8 inches. I was so ecstatic that I reached for my Ipod camera to snap a shot, but couldn't get a proper pic! Out of frustration I couldn't maintain my erection after 15min of failed attempts to maintain proper a proper erection. I even tried to use a tube sock to clamp the sucker, but the sock wouldn't tie properly and I couldn't keep it hard... I will definitely be trying again tomorrow to see if I can't get a actual measurement caught on camera. It's quite difficult!

            PE for today:
            - Routine A (in the morning)
            - Routine B (after classes)
            - Routine C (will hit before going to bed)

            Tomorrow, I will be taking my rest day with some mild stretching and will attempt to capture a measurement. Any tips on taking measurement pics are more than appreciated!

              First you have a huge dick . You also got some awesome girth to start out with. I like how detailed you are with your log.

                Haha. Thanks, Danner. I appreciate the comment. I just wish the damn thing matched my body size.

                I try to be as detailed as time will allow and not make my notations overly detailed as I do in my studies. I do, however, need to learn how to make measurement pics with a ruler. I find that very troublesome, to say the least. Though, I could be experiencing an effect related to this new and sudden growth, directly hindering my EQ.

                  (04-14-2011) - OFF Day

                  Notes:

                  Today is my day off. I awoke this morning to a huge and angry Meaty. I was quite impressed with my morning wood and so was my girlfriend. I was so hard that I couldn't grab around the base of my shaft. This lasted for roughly 45 minutes, finally, I had to calm myself and make the girlfriend stop her "worship" time. haha.

                    (04-14-2011) Just some updates on my day off...

                    - Since it was my day off and I've been holding off from any masturbation, the girlfriend had finally had some energy as it was her day off, as well and I wanted to test out the new size. Well, I was harder than I've ever been and she noticed. We usually don't use that much lube as she usually gets wet enough.                     - I decided to cut down on each sessions time per exercise so I can avoid any over-training that I might occur with the current program. I did notice that I'm not getting the doughnut effect after my workout either. But it looks like the actual tissue is expanding and staying thick and full. My skin is showing signs of growth, as well.

                    I will update my OP on the routine time and I'm warming up and warming down after each session. So, if interested, check out the new routine in the first post.

                    Notes:
                    Hanging heavier and doing kegels during my jelqing session. Feels great! I managed to take some pics, unfortunately, I was only able to get about 80-90% erection, but took some measurement pics just for visual indications of progress for months from now. I assume with consistent work, that I'll be able to improve my EQ without my girlfriend or intercourse. I never have EQ while having sex. So, I look forward to seeing what these kegels will do for me with dedication.

                              Yeah, I love the feeling of when a woman reaches orgasm. The "oh shit" look will come in due time. I think I only got it because my gains were so sudden and explosive. She's so used to the size of my penis and any size gains that quick would cause notice. Had the gains been over a period of a few months, I'm sure she wouldn't have noticed much at all.
