    Been on and off PE for about 3-4 years. Ive made solid gains over that time to be just about 7.2 -7.4 inches


    thx to some advice from big al and reading through the forums i had my best three months from jan to end of march, but im still kinda struggling in improving eq (mainly erection stamina)

    my current routine (what i did sunday):
    10 minute hot towel wrap
    bathmate to about 50-75% erect (usually about 5 minutes)
    13 squeezes
    2 20 second ulis
    133 jelqs
    33 sts
    133 6 second kegels (I try to do as many erect as possible)
    i rest about 5-15 minutes then do a 10 minute edging
    10 minute bathmate
    10 minute wrap

    Im increasing the reps based on the jelq increases (1-2 reps per workout) with a 1:10 ratio on the squeezes and a 1:4 for the sts

      you may be right as Im noticing my erection stamina on offdays is sporadic. The routine doesnt take me long to complete beyond the warm up and warmdown, but i may be overstraining. We'll see though.

        25 5 second in and out kegels (reg kegel right into reverse)
        50 5 second kegels
        50 5 second reverse kegels
        10 minute break
        15 minute edging
        10 minute bathmate

        Added the reverse kegel upon reading around and the advise froma few people. Tried em out yesterday to see how the worked and while i cant isolate the out like i can the reg kegel, i feel a bit more confident and the edging went super holding the reverse. I noticed i was kegelling both unconsciously and consciously to maintain erections but that worked way better.
        Odd story but i used to do both kegel and reverse kegel fro fun as early as i can remember going to the bathroom. Id stop and startor see how far i could arch that sucker. Now i know why its so smart to do lol

              didnt have time to bathmate it but luckily it wasnt needed and i had a good workout. gonna do another workout tomorrow and muscle another in on saturday if all goes well body and schedule wise. Meausring friday.

                  a little rest before switching back to my jelq free routine sunday
                  posted an ,15 average length gain and a .05 average gith gain since beginning of march so alls good

                        Wow man you've made some incredible gains. I'll be so happy if I make the type of gains you did. I'm sure you'll reach your girth goal pretty soon. and What are sts' ?

                          Its been a good couple months i have to say. Thanx to big al on that one because i was kind of plateauing and getting demotivated a bit. I got about an inch- inchand a half to go lengthwise so its gonna take some time but im prepared to put in the work.

                          STS = side to side stretch
                          Side-to-Side Stretch - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness
                          good stretch and it helps base girth (i think. Its helped mine)
