    Hey all.

    I just recently started PE on april 1st as my sig says. My goals are also listed im hoping to gain and inch in both girth and length. My backstory is in another thread iver started if you feel like reading it but basically peoples comments have made me insecure and im out to change that.

    I am VERY new to this whole concept but i have high hopes.

    My routine is jps 90 routine. Im taking l arginine, zinc, and lysine. Ill be measuring every 4 weeks and all ive measured is erect length and girth because thats all i really care about.

    I took a pic at the beginning and ill take another at the end of 90 days if theres any growth.

    I also just saw a thread that made me feel i should clarify something. I realize there are smaller guys here and statistically im above average but im not at all here for ego stroking or to mock others im here for help. Im so insecure i can only get hard when im wearing pants for the most part and almost always lose my erection or while having sex recieving oral because i feel inadequate. That is also another thing ill be monitoring in the log is my confidence because thats where im hoping to have the most growth!

    p.s. just a warning i dont know what hardly any acronyms on this site mean lol.

    Congratulations on starting a log.
    You chose a good routine and should do well. But the hardest thing will be to change your perspective as it seems that you have some kind of dysmorphophobia. No, you're are not above average, you are big and you have to be convinced of this! So you'll have to work hard on your mind as I suspect that whatever size you reach, you'll keep feeling insecure... How about spending 15 minutes a day naked in front of a mirror and repeating constantly to yourself that your penis is big? Do this regularly for several weeks and I'm sure that it should help your confidence...

      thanks for the encouragement, the idea infront of the mirror is interesting but honestly ill be hesitant to try it since im not a big fan of being naked even alone. Ill let you know if i do it and how it goes. i might start with 5 minutes lol.

      Also thanks for the link, ive been looking for more reading material. all ive read so far is jps routine and then an article about each exercise but i still have questions...and ive read a lot about warming up because i really really dont want an injury.

      As for the dysmorphobia, i may have a mild case but idk for sure, i know realistically ill always probably wish i had more but i know i can get back to enjoying sex again if i reach my goals and even before then.

        As for you having dysmorphia, not you had a huge case :P Because 7.5x6 is big for nearly everyone, although people have started with over 8" and wanted more, however they already did know that they were big. They just wanted to get bigger.

            i think a good way to describe how i feel is relative to height, i think im like 6'0" tall, so im not the shortest guy in the room but i feel like every girl has had and wants someone 6'3" lol. Course i dont care about height but mainly i feel like girls think "eh" when they see it.

            HA well that makes sense.

            Little progress update, i actually was only able to get in 3 sessions last week i worked A LOT of overtime so i was feeling kinda worried. I did it yesterday and today though and it felt great. My confidence is already up a bit because i felt like a hanging more plump then usual.

            First measurment since starting up is coming in less then a week.

              i do have a question. My member has always curved very slightly to the left, very slightly..I feel like i may be adding to the curvature, any suggestions on straightening/keeping it straight?

                PEing shouldn't add to your curves if you perform the exercises correctly, especially jelqing. It is important to jelq evenly, i.e. using a similar grip with both hands. If your grip is stronger with 1 hand compared to the other or if you do one-handed jelqing using always the same hand, then there's a chance that you might worsen the curve...
                On the other hand, some guys here work on correcting/creating curves by doing exercises like jelqing against the curve (or in the direction where you want to create a curve) or doing semi-erect bend when your penis is conditioned...

                  so i did measure on the 1st as planned and there have been results. Ive only measure erect length and girth because flaccid size varies so much im not sure how to measure flaccid accurately.

                  I have had a .25 inch gain in erect length but no gain in girth. Im thinking the lack of girth gains is from jelqing more flaccid.

                  Im happy with any results i get so this is encouraging

                    Btw, in another thread a guy said to check pls often and if its neutral take a day off. What does Pl stand for? i read the abbreviation link from the last page but didnt see it, and what makes it neutral or not?

                        Why don't you ask a mod to move your log that is in the "introduce yourself" thread into the "progress forum"? It will be much easier than copying all your posts and putting them in here.
