Nice stats, good job on making a progress log, this should keep track of your work and maybe keep you consistent, pretty light-weight beginning workout, not bad, good luck.

Cheers, just completed my workout and it feels soo good to finally do PE again
I was just wondering has anyone done like a progression workout where persay you add 1 jelq each workout?? I know its a technique used by some when doing bodyweight excersises where they increase the reps of pull ups or push ups by 1 each session?? Just thought it could be an interesting inclusion.

I have heard of that in body building but not in PE.
I was thinking of doing something lie that, but instead I'll probably increase reps, etc. in month increments.
        Nice stats by the way.

Workout will be the same as day one, maybe add 10 seconds to the stretches...by the way. I know that after any form of excersise it is advisded to stretch afterwards does this apply to PE?? would it be more beneficial to stretch during my warm down??
Also taking supplements, at the moment taking "Blackmores Mens Performance Multi" i will start drinking green tea 3 times a day again and i was going to go buy Fish oil tablets and perhaps a zinc supplement as i have heard that 60mg daily can have great effects!?

You are slowly falling into more-is-better philosophy, which is not good imo, I say stick to a lightweight routine and see what progress you make and why fix if it ain't broke ?

Look at this fellow what he accomplished with a pretty light-weight routine

Nice starting stats bro. I agree, just follow JP's in the beginning. Try not to measure either!

Hey guys, had the worst wkend with work and what not and didnt get the chance to do PE having gone to bed exhausted every night! Workout will be standard however instead of holding a kegel i will be performing one each second so as each stretch i will have done 20-30 kegels.
