Hey guys, thought id start a log as i think it would be a great idea to keep me motivated and get advice from the great pe community that is present
. I will be doing Jp's 90 day program so here begins my journey!
Initial Stats:
BPFL: 12.5 cm - 4.9 in
BPSFL: 17.8 cm - 7 in
FG: 10.5 - 4.1 in
BPEL: 17.6 cm - 6.9 in
EG: 13 cm - 5.1 in
Short term 'goals'
BPEL: 7.25 in
EG: 5.5 in
Long term 'goals'
The big 8x6
So here goes my first log

Warm up - bath
Stretch - hold for 20 secs, left, right, up, down and straight with helicopters and slow helicopters between each set. Also hold a kegel for the 20 secs of the stretch.
Jelqs - 3 sets of 100
V Jelqs - 3 sets of 30
Warm down followed by some edging!!
Here we go
