    Well I'm almost a month in so I thought I might as well start a progress log!


    10 min warmup with a hot mug
    30 min LAS
    4 way 30 second stretches with helicopter shakes
    3 sets of 10 rotation stretch each direction
    3 sets of 30 second flaccid bend left, right, up, down
    5 min jelq
    3 min V jelq
    5 min jelq
    20 erect one hand jelq
    30 second helicopter shake
    5 min warm down

    MY COCK FEELS GOOD

    and later I plan to do 2x30min LAS

              They do help with flaccid size and I think erect size too.

                2.5 hours on leg tension hanger
                10 min warmup
                5 min jelqs
                3 min V jelqs
                5 min jelqs
                36 erect jelqs until heard my Mam come through the front door
                no warmdown

                About to start my first 30 mins of 1.5 hours LAS

                Hopefully get another session in later if I can get guarenteed privacy

                    10 min pumping
                    and roughly 1.5 hours of Fowfers in 15-20 min sessions

                    Getting back on track after slacking for a while

                      20 second 4 way stretches followed by helicopter shakes
                      5 rotation stretches each direction
                      5 min jelqing 80%
                      3 min V jelqing
                      5 min jelqing
                      10 min pumping
                      and roughly 1.5 hours of Fowfers in 15-20 min sessions

                      And some flaccid bend up and down 1 minute holds each on the 29th. I'm shit at keeping a log

                        Like the look of your routine very much. Keep it simple to begin with and see what gains you can get out of the basic exercises first. Then after a few months you can move onto the slightly more advanced stuff for further success.

                          Yeah I think you right I was doing all sorts of more advanced exercise a couple of weeks a go then I couldn't be arsed doing it because it was too long. Now I'm back on track to being Mr. Average

                            I wish i was 23 when i discovered PE. Just a couple of years of dedicated PE and i'm sure you'll get the dick of your dreams.

                              Yeah I know I'm quite fortunate to have found PE in my early twenties but finding PE at any age is a blessing!!!
