    Decided to track progress here instead of on my phone.

    Starting Measurements
    FL: 3" FG: 4"
    EL: 5" EG: 4.5" BPEL: 6"

    Routine
    Modified JP90
    All workouts are done in the shower with a constant flow of hot water.

    Warmup/Warmdown
    10-15min under hot running water including gentle massage and light jelq/masturbation stroking.

    Stretching
    5 way stretch, hold for 30 sec, continuous fast kegels.
    After each direction, heli shakes for 10 sec, penis slap shakes* for 5 sec, 10ct rotations (5 left/5 right), hold reverse kegel.

    Workout
    2 on 1 off
    Day 1: 3 reps**
    Wet jelq followed by V-jelq
    Uli followed up with Compression (Double Uli)

    Day 2: 3 reps***
    Wet jelq followed by V-jelq

    60 sec re-warmup between reps.
    Edging whenever I can get to it.

    Lube
    60/40 Baby oil w/Vit. E & Aloe & Lavender Baby oil gel w/Vit. E & Aloe.

    *This is not a refreshing drink on a hot day. I take my penis between my index and middle fingers, push back on my pubic bone so my full length is exposed, and move my fingers back and forth so my penis hits the front of my thighs.     An update since starting:
    Start 5/10/11

    Day 3 (5/12): Fatigue, no pain but hard to maintain fully erect. Nice tingle going throughout entire member but still can only get about half mast.

    Day 4 (5/13): All better! Woo-hoo!

    Nothing major to report, was on a 5 on 2 off schedule at the time.

    Day 19 (5/28): Fiance's birthday. I told her about PE and she loved the idea, very supportive. She said that she could definitely feel an increase in my EQ.

    Day 23 (6/1): Kept noticing more and more negative PIs. Decided to go 2 on 1 off.
    Amounts:
    D1 50 wet jelqs/30 v-jelqs, 15 sec Uli/15 sec compression
    D2 100 wet jelqs/60 v-jelqs

    Day 27 (6/5): Started log.

      Day 32 (6/10): New schedule working pretty good. Flaccid hang is much better and EQ is crazy, I've noticed when I'm extremely aroused my erections kinda hurt. Its not a bad hurt, it feels really good actually its just my dick is so full now it feels like its going to burst lol! I guess this can be taken as a positive PI since the muscle walls are being stretched out while maintaining the super boner. Another thing I've noticed, when doing kegels during stretches or jelqing, if I stand instead of sit they feel more effective.

        Day 42 (6/20): Holy shit I've been sooo fam damn lazy. Took the last 4 days off Oh well gonna start back up tonight and take some measurements too.

          Day 53 (7/1): Back on track and going good. The 2 on 1 off is really working well for me.
          Took some measurements the other day, just flaccid though but hey hey things are coming along.
          Increase
          FL:.37 (3/8")
          FG:.18 (3/16")
          Haven't measured erect yet but I can feel a difference when a grab it.
