Decided to track progress here instead of on my phone.
Starting Measurements
FL: 3" FG: 4"
EL: 5" EG: 4.5" BPEL: 6"
Routine
Modified JP90
All workouts are done in the shower with a constant flow of hot water.
Warmup/Warmdown
10-15min under hot running water including gentle massage and light jelq/masturbation stroking.
Stretching
5 way stretch, hold for 30 sec, continuous fast kegels.
After each direction, heli shakes for 10 sec, penis slap shakes* for 5 sec, 10ct rotations (5 left/5 right), hold reverse kegel.
Workout
2 on 1 off
Day 1: 3 reps**
Wet jelq followed by V-jelq
Uli followed up with Compression (Double Uli)
Day 2: 3 reps***
Wet jelq followed by V-jelq
60 sec re-warmup between reps.
Edging whenever I can get to it.
Lube
60/40 Baby oil w/Vit. E & Aloe & Lavender Baby oil gel w/Vit. E & Aloe.

*This is not a refreshing drink on a hot day. I take my penis between my index and middle fingers, push back on my pubic bone so my full length is exposed, and move my fingers back and forth so my penis hits the front of my thighs. Like the heli shakes but faster. I am more engorged with these than just heli shakes alone.
