Hey guys!
I might add a longer introduction later on, but for now I'm just starting this progress log to keep track of my PE'ing.
I did a little PE'ing last year for 3 straight months, but i ended up quitting due to a busy schedule and loss of motivation because of no gains at all. I was pretty strict and consistent during those months but the lack of progress made me lose my motivation - and partly made me realize that I probably was doing something wrong.
I've decided to take up PE'ing again and give it a fair chance by being consistent, following a well-known beginners routine and sticking to it. I will start out somewhat lightly and progress (more jelqs, more stretching) during the next 5 weeks.
Today I did:
10 min warm-up with a hot rice sock
30s. 5-way stretches (up, down, left, right, straight out)
60-70 wet jelqs (didn't count)
I will also be doing kegels twice a day for all week-days (I will do them while brushing my teeth), which is about 5-8 minutes of kegelling per day. For now, I am not following a strict kegel routine, I just mix it up with some short, some longer, and one or two as-long-as-possible kegels and see where that takes me
Feel free to post any comments or questions.

When you do them throughout the day, do you do any specific kinds of kegels (like 5 sec. holds or 30 sec. holds) or do you just kegel randomly?
