    I masturbated today, and it felt like my penis is very weak. My erection wasnt hard rock like always, but less.. lie 7-8/10 when I always had 9-10/10. Did it happend to anyone else? It seems like this routine made my penis tired and "heavy".

          JP90 routine
          10 minutes warm-down

          Good workout today. It feels like Im starting to get used to the routine. I did the V-JELQS in 20%-40% erection most of the time, putting more lube this time to make it easier and it went fine. I still don't know if I should squeeze hard my shaft's sides, or just slide my hands gently. Hope to get an answer from someone.

              It was nice workout, not THAT good. I still had to "fight" my Erection % during the wet jelqs. sometimes it was above 80%, and I needed to wait few seconds. Sometimes it was less than 50% and I needed "to work" in order to get back to 50%-70% erection.
              Therefore it was a long workout - 1:35 with warm-up\down. I also felt some kind of fatigue after.. my penis was tired inside..

                Nice workout. Still had some instabilty in my erection % but generally it went good.
                My right groin muscle is stiffed due to uncomfortable sitting during the workout.

                  Nice workout. Like yesterday. I think I burnt my penis with the rice sock. I noticed some red areas at the base and in the under side of the penis.. they are peeling. I should heat the rice sock less than 50 seconds.

                        hey there Chongmet, that rice sock needs to be warm enough to heat you up, not burn you! looks like your off to a good start and I can tell by your adjustments that you are listening and reacting to what your penis is telling you, thats great.

                          Haha! hey Bigopimp thanks for replying in my log. I can promise that I try my best in the safety issue... The last thing I want is injury.
                          Until now I try to enjoy the PE. I do my best to do it exactly as written, but my only worry by now is how to continue after the JP90 is over. I know my tunica is my limiting factor and my MAIN goal is LENGTH. So I don't really know what excersises and routine I should go for after the JP90.

                            I had actually been fortunate enogh to read Going411by7's success story in the success forum and he had mentioned how he really started seing gains about 4 or 5 months. he attributed alot of it to stretching so i started increasing my stretching as well and it has started to show alot of promise. I think the JP routine is very solid and I would suggest just adding to it for monthes 4 thru 6. Read up in the PEGym exercises, look at the stretching exercises and check out the bundled stretches, if you feel like it look at my log, t is pretty detailed. Dont worry about trying to do the amount of PE I do, I have alot of time and I am on the crazy end of the spectrum, I also pump but I believe the length is coming from the stretching primarily, I am not the longest pickle in the pot but I have gained 7/8ths of an inch in 4 months, My main goal is length. I would jelque more than I do but I pump and that is why I decided to do more stretching, I believe it helps me more in length but we are all different. As far as adding to the JP routine I would just add one new stretch every couple of weeks and 10 or maybe 20 jelques at the same pace. Good luck

                              Alright it definitely helps me. I think adding ONE new stretch every 4 weeks is a good idea (+ adding about 20 jelks).
                              What stretch excersises do you think are the best for adding to the routine?

                                I actually do the JP stretches as my stretch routine and I just repeat the 5 ways (ST up,down, out , right and left) again but for the second round I bundle it, thats where you twist your dick like a washcloth, I just twist it 1/2 twist the first couple weeks, now I am twisting one full twist. If you wish you are always welcome to mail me so I dont clutter up your log, Ill send a friend request to your mail. You can do a different stretch each work out if you want, change it every workout for a week or two till you find the stretch you like the best and then stick with that one for a few months, I experiment all the time!
