    Hey all,

    I've been researching PE for a while and finally decided to get down to business and serious. It's part of my "life swap." I lost 80 lbs and am working on toning at the gym. It is going great and I figured I should also do this since having a bigger penis is something I've wanted. I was very inspired by PEsuccessGuy and other members here and am determined to succeed.

    Here is my newbie routine. Doing this two days in a row with a day off after.
    • Warmup - 15 mins
    • Stretches/kegels at 9, left, right and 12 with heli's in between
    • 20 JAI stretches
    • Jelqing for 8 minutes with 5 second strokes
    • 15 minute edge session
    • Cool down with damp washcloth
    Short term goal by the end of the year: 7"x5". Long term: 8"x6".

    As of 2/1/09:
    Erect Length (BP): 6"
    Erect Girth: 4.5"

          Just wanted to make an update. I'm on week two. Things are going well. My erections seem a little better and I'm starting to relax more when PE'ing. Thanks for all this support guys... Have a great rest of the week.

            Hey Guys,
            Did a PE session last night and I have a few concerns. Normally after I jelq, I will edge. For some reason I could not for the life of me maintain an erection. When I could get hard it was rock solid. Maybe some of the reasons are due to stress or me not really thinking about enjoying the moment. I edged earlier in the day for about an hour with great results. Also, I never have morning wood. Growing up I never got it either. Should I be concerned about any of this? I am following the routine I posted initially.

              If your EQ is doing fine I wouldn't worry, it just sounds like you weren't aroused or perhaps you were stressed. You mention being able to get it rock hard, so it's not an issue of overworking cuz everything's working as it should. I figure it's just a mental issue then.

                That's the key right there bud. You were able to get a rock solid erection. If you're not enjoying an edge session, it is best not to do it. While I personally do believe (and I know some other people do as well) that edging helps with gains, there's no real evidence that it does. If you're ever doing an edge session and you find yourself not enjoying it, it's best to stop. I consider edging more of a reward that I give myself for completing my PE session. I don't always do it because sometimes I just don't want to.

                Some people just don't get morning wood. It's not too much of a concern. If you are somene that does get morning wood consistently and all of the sudden you stop getting it, that's when it becomes a concern.

                  Great! Thanks for the replies. Yes, I admit, I was edging just to do it and wasn't really enjoying it last night. When that happens again I'll just stop. I'm on an off day today so it will be good to relax. I've decided not to JO or have sex (that's if things work out with this girl I've been chatting with) on off days. Thanks again for the support!

                    Well, figured I'd post an update. Not sure if I'll keep posting frequent updates like this. Perhaps just when I see gains or have questions/comments. Anyway, I notice my flaccid hangs lower at times. My erections seem good... when I can get them! I need to get rid of A LOT of stress somehow and that is keeping me from getting the "full experience." I'm really concerned about my stress but that's for another time at another place. Just for the heck of it, I measured and I am a little above 6" now (BPEL I'm 6.25). I'm a bit skeptical that these are actual gains or if I was just having a good day.

                      Alright. As I'm determined to succeed, I'm providing another update. Last night I didn't have a great session. I felt a stretch when I was jelqing and didn't think that was really normal. It didn't hurt but if I would've pulled harder, I would hurt. My EQ was always bad and continues to be after two weeks. However, I am noticing my flaccid hang is better. With PESuccessGuy's help, I realize that I've been jelqing too hard. Time to cut back. I am following his suggestions, including no orgasms for 14 days. Yikes! I can do it, but it will be hard (no pun intended). I bought some BIO Oil and will start making the erection tea at night before bed. I just had a cup and I put too much lemon in it.. blehh. I always have green tea in the morning after the gym so I'm no stranger to drinking tea.

                          Just another update. After some help from other members and talking to my specialist about beta blockers I'm taking, my erections appear to be okay. Still no morning wood but maybe that's still to come.

                          Also, I'm thinking about adding flaccid bends and circle stretches to my routine. Should I not do this right now and wait for a while?

                            Dear Flyboy,
                            Maintaining an erection had always been an issue for me too. Morning wood? Well, I rise and shine--but 'he' prefers to sleep in! Can't remember when I had one. I am a lot different now.
                            I have been jelqing since 1995.
                            A stupid friend was heavily into circumcision at that time, and I was foolish enough to go under the knife. It was a botch job. Really badly done. I had beautiful skin and I really regretted having met this friend.
                            In 1998, I met a doctor at work and confided in him. He did a touch-up job for me. At least I looked much much nicer afterwards.
                            I also started stretching my foreskin. I must say that I look pretty much 'uncut' now! But would love a bit more skin.

                            Honestly speaking, I did the jelqing by the book for years. I must say that while I was doing it, it felt like I was gaining.
                            But after years of putting in my 100%, I did not really see any real measurable gains. I haven't stopped doing it though. But less frequently. I make it a point to exercise my dick if I was going to remove my pants for someone else that evening! Love the way it hangs all plump after a workout.

                            I finally realised that no amount of jelqing was going to give you a large member if you don't get the blood flow issue fixed.
                            The key to a larger penis is what's flowing inside---your blood.
                            What's the point enlarging your penis when you don't have enough pressure(blood) to get it hard enough to show off your new size. If at all, with all the jelqing, and successful enlargement, you will only end up with an even more limp and floppy member!
                            I agree that stress is an issue. Over the years, I have learnt a lot of alternative therapies, and they have really changed my life. Learning how to relax is something that many people find really difficult to do. I learnt Reiki many years ago, and has helped me a lot with my health and state of mind.

                            I also learnt that whatever the 'medical' issue may be, the answer is not in taking medicine. Herbs and stuff are fine.
                            And if you want better erections, use chinese herbs, like the erection tea you mentioned ( I use vpowerherbal sex tea--gives me erections like there's no tomorrow!). I also take Vit C--2000mg per day, Vit B-12 , and L-Arginine.

                            The best thing/s that ever happened to me however, were the result of the cleanses I did to get my internal organs functioning properly.
                            And to this extent, please throw away all the drugs.
                            The cleanses and the herbal tea I mentioned above are amazing.

                            Do several liver cleanses. They really help. Do a kidney cleanse and bowel cleanse too.
                            But the best one I ever did was the master cleanse( the lemonade cleanse).
                            While I was on the cleanse, I had a morning erection for the very first time in years. And I wasn't even taking the sex tea.

                            I have stopped thinking about my condition too much now.
                            And I find the less i think about it, the better my erections.

                            I do my cleanses every so often, and I feel great. My health has changed completely.
                            I jelq for special occassions now, and most importantly, I really feel good about myself.

                              Alright... I've received some positive feedback/help regarding my erection problems. I'm stopping the beta blockers and will try some natural supplements. I still haven't totally figured out which ones but will post the information when I do. For now, based on recommendations from some members, I'm going to modify my routine and see how this helps.

                              Warmup (10-15 minutes)
                              Stretching (all directions) - 5 minutes
                              20 circle stretches (10 each way)
                              Jelqing - 8 minutes
                              Kegels - 5 minues
                              Jelqing - 30 minutes (supposed to help with my erection problem)

                              I don't really like changing my routine while I'm beginning...

                              Thoughts? Suggestions?
