    So you are going to jelq for 38 minutes total?

    Eh, I would strongly advise you to cut than back by AT LEAST 10 minutes. If you want to do it for that long, use an extremely light grip and move your routine to 1 on, 2 off. Your dick is going to need extra time to recover from that sort of a jelq session.

      Yes, I agree and I'm apprehensive about doing this. So, now I'm just confused. Until I figure out the best way I'm going back to my original routine I guess which is in my first post, but adding the circle stretches.

        Alright. It's been about a week since my last update. Many things have went on since my last post...

        As for my routine, I've been following one suggested by kingpole that I've modified slightly. I do this routine every other day and it usually takes a little over one hour.
        Warmup - 15-20 minutes (usually 20)
        Helicopter shakes
        All directional stretches w/ kegels at each direction
        Helicopter shakes
        20 circle stretches (10 each way)
        Helicopter shakes
        5 minute wet jelq
        Helicopter shakes
        All directional stretches w/ kegels at each direction
        Helicopter shakes
        20 JAI stretches
        Helicopter shakes
        30 minute wet jelq (for eq)

        Well, this past week was pretty darn stressful. I was ready to quit work each day and not look bad. To add to it, the girl I was seeing suddenly went off on me via email last Friday. She was extremely clingy and emailed every day. The day before I didn't reply because of a busy schedule and the fact I felt like crap. On Friday she wanted to know why I appeared to be un-interested. Keep in mind, we both agreed that our busy schedules prohibited us from seeing each other on the weekdays so we only went out on the weekends. I responded with the truth. I am very busy with my masters degree, full time work, job searching for a government type position, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle by working out to offset my medical disorder. She got defensive and said that I had no idea to hold a relationship, that I was a jerk for not emailing enough, not asking how her days were (yes, I should've done that) and that I'll never find anyone as good as her (I found that absoulately hillarious). Ironically, I'm not at all sad or feel like I lost out on anything. I just feel back to square one being single and STILL a virgin. I still have the thought of waiting for someone I feel a connection with but I'm really close to just letting go. I got home on Friday and actually punched a pillow to let out some built up anger for the week. Then I decided I would eat some cookies. I ate 10. Ugh... No good! I'm back to my healthy eating habits so it's all good.

        I'm keeping up my work out routine each weekday with my personal trainer and still do cardio. However, yesterday and today were really bad. Yesterday I tried to jog but got out of breath so fast so I just walked the whole time. Today was a spectacular day in WI weather wise (for once!) so I decided I would attempt a jog around the neighborhood. Let's just say my chest was in pain after 10 minutes. I see a pulmonologist tomorrow for my lungs and I'm very afraid about having pulmonary disease or some form of it... I can never jog without pain or being out of breath. I'm in shape... 165 lbs, work out 5-6 days a week... I dunno, we'll see. I also see my POTS specialist on Thursday so I'm going to bring up my ED problem and that I've stopped my beta blockers.

        I've introduced some supplements which include Gingko, Licorice and Gensing. I'm considering looking into another suggestion from kingkole. He linked me to supplements from Dr. Lin but they're pretty expensive and at my limited college student budget... I need to spend wisely.

        As far as gains, I measured 6.25" BPEL the other day. I had to press down very hard but I got it. My EQ hasn't changed and I still do not get morning wood. My gains are coming very slow and that is okay. I didn't want to get in the mindset of being dissapointed but at the same time, I'm not excited. I'll keep plugging away with this routine.

          Congrats on the gains. 6.25" is a 1/4" growth....keep that up and you'll have an inch by next year!

            Thanks Taz. I think I'm going to post a few pictures since I have questions about something I'm seeing. Plus, I can track my progress that way too.

                Okay, 14 days. I've been told to do that before and will do it again. It will be tough but I'll start tomorrow. I edged today and gave him a reward after my PE session.

                Well, here are my questions and pictures to go along with the questions.

                First off, these are just for tracking purposes.

                Erect - Top View. It would look better if I could get rid of my "fat pad" but at 6'2", 165 lbs, it's kinda hard to get rid of it.

                Erect - Tape Ruler. I tried very hard to get 100% erect for this but It didn't work out so well. This was the best I could do and I lost part of my erection. It took SO much work to get to 6.25" but I did and didn't capture it well. Oh well.

                Now, I have some concerns of what I'm seeing. I know these aren't PE related (I don't think) but I just need a bit of advice/help. I have quite a few small bumps on the base of my shaft that run up. They are also on my scrotum. I do not like them and am somewhat worried about them. http://aj.hayport.com/help/smallbumps.jpg. This image shows the bumps. I haven't shaved down there in a few days because of irritation shown here at the base: http://aj.hayport.com/help/redbump.jpg. I shave down there because it makes jelqing easier for me. I use shaving cream and a Gillette fusion razor. These bumps have been here for a few months and I always put lotion or the BIO oil on to help. Should I be concerned with any of this? Any suggestions? It hurts sometimes when I jelq at the base because of those red bumps.

                I hope I'm not out of line posting the images. I used my server at home to host them and can remove if necessary.

                  I think the beta blockers probably caused a thikening in the fat pad. Walking should help shrink it. I think your actually bigger than you say you are.

                    Well, I had a large fat pad from being 246 lbs 4 years ago. I wish I was bigger than I say... but I'm not. I could be measuring wrong... I hold the tape ruler on top and press into my pubic bone area.

                      The tape measure is tight, it does not follow the contours of your penis. And your not fully erect so you said. Im guessing 6.5 to 7". And after improved EQ you can realize another half inch. Your Eq looks pretty good in the first pic almost a 10 say 9 out of 10.

                      Fat pad is the last to go after a weight loss. I use to weigh 275 pounds and im only 5'9". Do you work out with weights as well? I actaully think you should go back on the gren tea because it raises testosteron levels. Also that lemon cleanse sounds good to flush out the beta blockers a bit faster. Once they are out of your system you will notice increased EQ and possibly size just from not taking beta blockers.

                        Sounds good. I will hold off on measuring again though until I have better EQ. I'll definitely start up the green tea again (I miss it) and will look into the lemon cleanse. It was recommended by someone else who has POTS to do a full body cleanse. I guess I should try it, couldn't hurt!

                        Yeah, I'm working out with weights. I've started seeing a personal trainer every Tuesday and Thursday for 30-40 mins before work.

                        On another health note, I saw a pulmonoligist today regarding some breathing issues I have with POTS. She indicated I may have asthma, sleep apnea and/or some type of hole in my lung causing oxygen to leak out. That kind of scares me... but the later is worse case. I'll bet part of my EQ problems are lack of energy, in addiiton to stress/anxiety, remnants of the beta blockers and perhaps a bit of pots.

                          When i had pulmonary obsttructive disorder i learned to do ti chi breathing or diapramic breathing it help increase my lung capacity. Also gensing is good for the lungs and increasing oxygen to the blood supply. One of the reasons gensing is good for making huge erections.

                            Hmm, that might also be something for me to look into as well. I really want to be able to run or jog without issues... I'll keep up with the Gensing. Thanks again for these tips.
