I checked out your photos. It's not a huge gain for a single month, but it does look more full than it did before, so you must be doing something right!

Thanks Wolfex =) I am trying to take it slow for a while and have noticed some good PI's. In another month or so I am going to start upping the girth routine and hopefully see some better gains. It sure is hard to refrain frome measuring after every workout lol

Lol. Going by your stats you are quite a bit thicker than me! That's actually my goal =)
