I have completed my first week of PE training,, and I am very pleased with the results. I stuck to the schedule, but I did miss one day, which probably did not affect much,, since I am beginner, and it was good to have the extra day of relaxing anyway.
I noticed huge difference last night, when I was out drinking and went to the bathroom, and it popped out like,, BAMMM!!!
I also noticed that when I was at work, or just carrying on my natural day, it seemed to feel more alive,, like it hung more,, under my pants.. I am going to do my measurement now.. and also carry on with the routine this week as planned.
Well see how it went.
Beginning stats:
Flaccid: nbp 2.5" bp 4"
girth 4"
Erect: nbp 4.5" bp 5.75"
girth 4.5"
End of Week One stats:
Flaccid: nbp 3" bp 4.25"
girth 4.25"
Erect: nbp 5" bp 6"
girth 4.75
It seems first week went well, I knew there were good gains,, just from noticing last night.
I cant wait to really stick to the routine even a little further this week to see how it goes. I give most credit to the extender device because there is much gain when it is used properly. The most I wore the device at one time was about a hour and 20 minutes, but usually an hour,, twice a day... I kept a good eye on myself while i wore it to make sure there was no negative affect happening to my penis.
I also use moisturizers,, and vitamin e,, to support the skins strength during the whole process. Usually twice a day.
Also,, I had an 1/2 inch gain in girth!!!,, erect and flaccid!!!!,, and I believe that to be the result of not only doing Jelg Pe exercise,, but the Squezze Jelq exercise,, just as much, to concentrate on girth.
So overall, there was a gain about 1/4 to 1/2 a inch flaccid, and 1/4 to 1/2 an inch erect,, whoo hoo!!!
